Fantastic holiday
Stayed here from 01/08/26 - 11/08/26 we arrived at 1am and was met by a lovely warm welcome from the reception team gave us a picnic during to our late arrival.
Hotel cleanliness - fantastic and staff cleaning very friendly
Food and drinks - really good always plenty of choice and staff really quick to order drinks and take plates away I take my hat off to the staff they work extremely hard considering how busy the hotel was.
I would suggest to go down for dinner for 6:30pm as it does tend to get busy around 7pm
Also the snack bar which is on from 12;30pm is fantastic plenty of choice and the pizza is amazing!
We stayed in an apartment and I will admit there could of been more storage available as a family of 3 adults and one child we felt there wasn’t much room to put all our things and I felt like the room was always a mess (personal opinion)
Pool area always clean we always managed to find a sun bed between 8-830 am and I didn’t queue up then but the day we left we were checking out st 07;50 and the queue was huge to get a sunbed which I can’t understand when there was plenty when I went down for them - but no fighting over them or anything.
Night time entertainment was good always busy and always something different on
Overall I had a absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others thank you Tonga towers for an amazing holiday

Nice but not 5 star
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the bathroom had several issues, including a leaking shower and sink plugs that didn’t function properly. Storage space was very limited, and the safes were broken in all four rooms our group occupied. The rooms also offered very little soundproofing.
The drinks menu was quite limited, with only a small selection of cocktails available, and most of them came at an additional cost.
The location was convenient, close to shops and the beach, but the McDonald’s directly beside the pool area detracted from the otherwise pleasant surroundings. The hotel’s online photos make the property appear much nicer than it actually is. Staff interactions were disappointing; many were rude and unhelpful, and we even witnessed a restaurant staff member speaking unkindly to a family with a child who had additional needs.
On a positive note, the food was lovely with a wide variety of options, including gluten‑free choices. However, guests are not allowed to take food outside the dining areas, and staff will reprimand you if you try.
The entertainment was very good, with a varied programme of evening activities that offered something enjoyable for everyone.

Enjoyable stay
Too many people worrying about this hotel but yes it’s a very busy hotel, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff are overworked but are friendly if you take the time to be nice to them. The room cleaners, are friendly and our room was cleaned every day. We never queued for sun beds and came down for breakfast around 9/9.30 and stopped by the pool to find 3 beds together each time - albeit not in the front row but within much needed shade. The seafront is within 10min walk, decent bars and restaurants. We hired a car and travelled around without paying overpriced trips. The jet2 rep is friendly and helpful. The food offering was Ok, it had themed nights but offered grilled meats, pasta, salads, cheese and a range of desserts and fruit. The drinks are basic with premium an extra cost.
5 lifts in service, with 1 only going to the sky bar. The secret being the one closest to the reception desk!
Had an amazing time all in all though.

Very clean well run and organised
Children were encouraged in activities but not to ‘in your face’
Food was always good and lots of choice.
Sun bed situation could do with a rethink. Lots of beds with towels on but no one on them all day.
Overall good family hotel

Would stay again!
We arrived late in the evening and we had a warm welcome as well as snacks. We had a one bedroom apartment with a sea view, it was spacious for 4 of us and also had a small kitchen area with fridge.
Good choice for meal times but can be a bit repetitive. As well as a pool bar for food and snacks. The lager was Cruzcampo, along with plenty of spirits and cocktails.
Entertainment each night but some were better than others. The skybar has great views but it’s 18+ only, we were allowed to go up as a family and have a picture taken. You also get 1 x free taster menu meal.
The pool area is great and we didn’t have an issue with sunbeds even though a lot of people reserved them. The water in the pools as well as the bathrooms were salty water. Unlike most of the hotels we’d been in, they allowed inflatables with made it much more fun for the kids and adults alike! There is also a pirate ship splash pool and a pool at the other end of the area with day beds etc.
The beach is about a 15min walk. We did also think about getting the land train which stops on the road outside but we were advised it’s very unreliable so didn’t bother.
We did visit Alcudia by bus which took about 30-40mins, the bus stop is on the main road outside Aldi. The old town is definitely worth a visit.
We would stay here again.
