Good hotel and Location
Great hotel very clean. Plenty of sunbeds close to the beach and restaurants.
Great location with great views from your balcony. Restaurant is really expensive if you are room only 40 euros a person what is really expensive imo. That's with no drink included as well. Loads of restaurants a lot cheaper so priced themselves out of business.could do with some music around the pool as quite at times.

5 star stay
We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 4 bed and breakfast. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious and cleaned everyday. They have a pillow menu and a choice of smells for your room when it has been cleaned. Breakfast was so good. So much choice for everyone. The fresh eggs station is great and staff are friendly there. The pool area is fantastic for children. You can get clean pool towels each day. Reception staff are always on hand to help. We visited the spa and it was lovely. The staff in the spa really go above and beyond. The sky bar has amazing views and cocktails. There is a kids clubs and lots of activies throughout the day for young children, older children and teens. There is a dj, saxophone player or singer on an evening plus other shows. We had a slight issue with our electric in the fridge however this was sorted straight away. We have already booked to return as Calpe and this hotel are fantastic.

Finery urgently needed
We were here for the sixth time. You feel that the quality of the hotel is deteriorating.
The welcome was very businesslike and not very cordial.
We got a room whose pump on the door was already broken. Very strange that this wasn't made first. Only after a second report at the desk, a maintenance man came to repair the door at 10:30 p.m.
The next day the toilet was broken. This was repaired during the day.
I asked for another mattress on the sofa bed, because it was completely saggy. At first I had an old, same problem. After third report, a new mattress was laid. H
The food in the restaurant is already cold at 8.30 pm, while there are not many visitors at that time.
The taps on the pool toilets no longer all work. My mother was also locked in the disabled toilet by the pool because the lock would not open.
I reported all this on the assessment form and only received a faint email from the manager afterwards.
The friendly staff at the pool bar and pool are positive. The cleaning team also works excellently. It is very clean everywhere.
To maintain its 4 stars, the hotel is in urgent need of renovations.

Both the door lock and the toilet breakdown were resolved as soon as we were informed, and in the case of the mattress, it was replaced right away once you let us know. Family trip in August
The positives:
Very large Suitopia suite room on the 7th floor.
Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit juice, wide choice of fresh fruit, savory, sweet.
Excellent entertainment team with very nice activities to do.
Staff and personnel very pleasant, welcoming, attentive.
The negatives:
Half board excessive compared to the different surrounding restaurants.
A cruel lack of umbrellas at the pool, at most 30 umbrellas for a hotel of more than 200 rooms.
Pool on the first floor which turns out to be very very very very windy which can make it really unpleasant.
Pool staff not exactly helpful, they close it for nothing, today it was for two disintegrated paper napkins at the bottom of the pool.
The hotel is more oriented towards families with young children.
Apart from that, beautiful hotel, quality food.
A real big effort should be made regarding the pool
