Family hols
Clean hotel very friendly staff only issue we had was we went for lunch and when we came back all our towels n things ad been removed from beds I totally understand if sunbeds are not in use move things but we were in the hotel having lunch and only gone a total of 30mins max there rile is 20mins n they remove your things but t day later there was sunbeds with towels on with no people for well over an hour n were not removed xx
The pool area was clean bar staff really friendly other than our towels removed off sunbed we ad no issues and would return. We found all staff pleasant n helpful and we would return

Regarding your comments about the sunbeds, we would like to clarify that our internal policy does not allow sunbeds to be reserved when they are not being used. After a reasonable period of time, our team may remove unattended belongings in order to make the sunbeds available for other guests. We understand your point regarding the time you were away for lunch, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our 1st stay at magic villa
We stayed for a week at magic villa, we were worried after reading the reviews, there was 3 of us staying in a family room. The room was very clean, no balcony however we did know this was the case before we arrived, it was a decent size, a little dated but absolutely fine, we were facing the street but had no issues with being disturbed on a night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, we did all inclusive and we were very happy with the drinks, the beer was Cruz campo and it was strong, all cocktails, slushes, spirits, tea, coffee and non alcoholic drinks were included. There was 1 bar serving the full hotel but we usually got served quickly, the bar staff were very friendly too.
The breakfast was good and the rest of the food was actually ok.
The main problem was the smell around the pool coming from the drains, it was awful, one day I had to move beds around 4 times to try and escape the smell! This spoilt our stay. The only other concern was that you could only leave your sunbeds for half an hr, after this your towels were removed, which meant if you nipped to the restaurant for food you would come back to no towel on the bed.
The hotel could do with some touching up especially near the indoor pool, but our stay was better than what we thought. A bit of advice would be to allow guests a little longer to leave there sunbeds u occupied.

Great hotel for the price
We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The location of the hotel is great, staff were fantastic and rooms were clean. The outside area is very good.
