Unforgettable weekend in that wonderful place and hotel
Charming hotel on the Costa Brava... a hotel with many great things.
Exceptional location to visit the wonderful coves of the Costa Brava... incredible landscapes with views that will take you to a haven of peace and tranquility, free from car noise and the chaos of shouting people. The pool is ideal for relaxing... the dining area is a delight, being able to have breakfast with the view of the sunrise and dine under the shade of mulberry trees that provide relief from the heat, and at dinner, the breeze is wonderful, alleviating the day's heat... there are no hotels left with that feeling of peace and calm, and now comes the best part... the food is outstanding... everything is delicious... the presentation and, most importantly, what you order is made fresh... rice dishes... excellent... both from the menu and tapas... highly recommended for couples and anyone who enjoys calm and tranquility... it has parking included in the reservation... very important... because parking is a challenge... regarding the rooms... they will be renovating this year for the next season... it is needed... for the new management of the Meliá group... what works brings us back as customers... do not change it... improve things but do not destroy all the good it has.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the region, and the hotel is quiet, which made a real difference.
We booked a triple room and the accommodation exceeded our expectations: it was effectively two separate rooms sharing a bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is excellent and breakfast offers good choices, with quality above average.
On the service side, one of the receptionists was outstanding — polite, helpful, and quick to sort things out with genuine goodwill. Unfortunately I didn't note down her name.
Areas for improvement:
Understaffed. Everyone seemed to be rushing all the time. It isn't a lack of effort from the team, but a lack of enough people for the size of the hotel.
Pool bar. The man in charge was rude to us on more than one occasion. It stands completely apart from the rest of the staff and was the only genuinely negative part of our stay.
Snacks by the pool. The pool area is good enough to justify a food service. We missed having one.
Tight car park. Manoeuvring is difficult with a large car or if you aren't a confident driver.
Overall, a great hotel. We'd come back.

It is a very pleasant stay and all the staff make it very familiar
Very good, the treatment was very welcoming by all the staff without exception, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping staff. Very attentive to anything you might need
The breakfast buffet and the restaurant food were of very good quality and very complete. The beds were very comfortable

Excellent quality in food and execution and very professional treatment by all the staff.
We were three friends for 7 days. We enjoyed the coves near the hotel but above all its heated saltwater pool and its bar service.
The restaurant offered us the most excellent half board we have ever tried. Its breakfasts and dinners pleasantly exceeded our expectations served on its terrace under some spectacular mulberry trees.
Its manager Judith and her team made our stay the vacation we needed.
We will return!!
