Staff was humble and polite and hotel neat and clean. But only one thing was missing there. It is a blanket not in the room rest of all facilities i like there.

I had problems from the time I arrived until it was time to leave, the first room the shower worked and had the ceiling full of infiltration marks, after being already accommodated we had to leave for another room, an inconvenience.
Finally there were other guests with disrespect in the hotel, even during the night they heard all kinds of noises.
I didn't like it.

Thank you Hotel Plaza Alaquas for spending our 6 night stay there. The English speaking and friendly staff was always there to help, making our communication easier. Cleanliness was remarkable and WiFi was always on throughout. Occasional dining in the restaurant hotel , was a plus and very good. Breakfast was good but could have been more varied. The Hotel location makes it easily accessible to nearby villages and to Valencia city centre as buses are so close! Thank you for the positive experience. I highly recommend Hotel Plaza Alaquas.

It wasn't really intended fir tourists. It's off the beaten path in a bit of a rougher part of town. The staff didn't seem to know much about the area, and were great at letting me figure things out for myself.

Very correct hotel for its 3-star rating, even exceeds that rating.
But the surprise starts at the reception, and I will name "surprises", MariLuz, to describe it as efficient would be to stay short, kind, resolute, it is grateful to meet people who know how to do their job and put a little more and the same for José.
But... when it seems that you can not overcome, you meet Sandra, please! how you can be as efficient as sympathetic, friendly, polite and charming, attentive to all people, in short I can not add anything more than encourage everyone to check that in this hotel they make you feel at home, ... or better.
And I can't help but comment that in the hotel there is a restaurant that cheats, yes, cheats who doesn't know him. The quality of food is excellent and is exceeded only by the level of its preparation and the quantity of its rations. I won't extend, go and try it, you'll enjoy it. Add to that the more than professional attention of Isabel, de Flor and the treatment of Victoria, all of them a real extra in the table service, but above all and in the line of their Companions, make your stay in this hotel to remember and RETURN every time we come to Valencia.
For sporting reasons, we travel a lot during the year, I really recommend this establishment as one of the best in the country. Girls of the Plaza de Alaquás, continue like this, being natural and close with the Clients, is the best style to grow in the Spanish tourist area.
