Nice place (Palau) but way to expensive for an average vacation. Lunch and dinner for 2 (and nothing special) $110.00 example: fish sandwich, fish fingers, 2 pina coladas 1 rum and pineapple juice $120.00, 3 scuba dives for 2, equipment fees, taxes nearly $1000.00 nice place but I'll never come back

Our flight was delayed a day due to typhoon Bavi, but when I contacted the hotel they said that they couldn't help me since the time to change reservation was already passed. They need to use real people instead of the computer AI. I had a terrible experience due to the hotels inability to understand.

When we called the hotel they said they have a shuttle, when we called back to ask where it was, they said no shuttle. The reason we booked it was because it was close to the airport and was supposed to have a shuttle. The room and bathroom was beyond filthy. There was no soap to take a shower. Tub and bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Stains on carpets, rust on faucets with the metal peeling, refrigerator was filthy. We did not use it. Towels all had nasty stains on them.
