Perfect hotel with best view
I highly recommend this hotel to spend your vacation. Highly qualified personnel with the best location and excellent view of the sea providing fast services and clean rooms. Lovely moments to catch there with your belongings, where you can take professional photos and feel the beauty of life.
In details, the hotel has a perfect location on the sea so you can everyday get up full of positive energy seeing the view of sun and sea together. The food is so much delicious with a variety of meals from different kitchens around the world so you can taste so many traditional meals. The services are served with the highest professionality and kindness. The hotel is always clean and Wifi all around every time. They make interesting nights when they call us to see a movie or to have a party and dance, it was very cool from them. Also, they organize trips all around Abkhazia so we visited the mountains there and the beauty was unimaginable. They offer also picking up from Sochi airport and this very convenient. I like it so much and recommend this hotel to all and I am so satisfied with the price compared with the services. Thanks, Constanta and to a new meeting!

I highly recommend not burning stop, total disappointment!
To begin with, the girl from the hotel management divulged my room without my knowledge and consent to some old Abkhaz!! I have never seen such a violation of law and morality. As for the “administration”, I had no idea until the last day of my vacation who to contact and where the reception actually was (he ended up in the corner of the cafe, on the sofa...). When we arrived, no one met us, although we booked a transfer from the hotel itself inexpensively and the driver warned the owner that we would be in half an hour. We ended up standing on the track (the HOTEL WAS RIGHT ON THE TRACK) and couldn't get through the intercom for about twenty minutes, until miraculously the roaming came on and we reached the Wotsap. Everything is so aberrant that we were "checked in" only on the third day of our stay. Also near the hotel is the Railway, every night you will wake up to the hum of the train and its tone. In the café of the hotel itself, the disgusting service, because the "waitress" constantly goes out for a walk or to talk, our breakfast could be delayed by an hour and a half just because of the service...
There are no rubberized inserts anywhere in the pool area and generally throughout the territory, which is why it is eerily slippery and several people have already twisted their legs, to a note the hotel employee also said nothing and did not do anything.
Noise insulation is zero, you can hear literally everything, there is no cleaning, the room is so damp that things will not dry for several days, the whole bed is wet and all the clothes in the closets have become wet too.
The shore is not equipped, there are no sunbeds or umbrellas even for rent.
To the nearest civilization (shops/cafés) walk along the frenetic route for about half a kilometre.
On the plus side: the hotel is pretty overall, often given new toilet paper, surprisingly without personal requests.

If you want to be disappointed, stay here.
If you're wondering whether to stop here, you better not. The owners are as inhospitable as possible, the atmosphere is tense, uncomfortable. If there are any questions regarding the room, the hotel, you decide it yourself. No kettle in the room. It is advisable to memorize the door, as the number is not on it either. The room has high humidity. Even the cardboard pill pack is getting soft. And it's terribly unpleasant going to bed in the wet. To go with the railroad under the windows. You'll wake up to those sounds. Thinking the train is right in your room. The toilet door won't close. Staff don't even communicate through Votsap.
!!!The worst thing is they gave my sister's personal number to some Abkhaz who asked them for it. To say I'm in shock- nothing to say!!!
The cafe is delicious on site, but wait 40 minutes for the bill and food.... Asking for sugar, spoons. To fit you, you have to ask for that, too. You take the menu yourself. There's never change.
As for the beach nearby - there is no room for it. A piece covered in pebbles. No deckchairs, no umbrellas. Nothing at all. The worst place I've ever been.

Negative experience
I was unable to visit this hotel due to an emergency in the hospital.
I wrote to the hotel a week in advance to post information that there were free rooms so that they could check in. This is August, high season, the room would have gone to waste. She explained the whole situation and asked to go to a meeting. But the hotel was very categorical and did not agree to do this and return the prepayment. Since I sent an advance payment to the card to one of the owners, there were therefore no guarantees that the money would be returned.
The impression of the hotel has deteriorated greatly.
The day I wrote about this on WhatsApp, the phone was turned off and calls were not answered. They gave an answer only the next day, after I said that I would block them and write bad reviews.
Their website does not work from time to time. I don’t know if this hotel even functions or if it’s just scamming people out of their money. Another state, unfortunately nothing can be done.

Magnificent hotel with cozy atmosphere
A hotel with perfect atmosphere and magnificent view. Staff are very respectful with high degree of professionalism and very communicative administration. They are ready to respond at anytime and can handle all the things in a convenient and comfortable ways. They also have very good activities with interactive interfaces that give energy and happiness. I have spent a very good time with my friends and we will be again of course. I felt weird when firstly I saw the comments here about the hotel because when I was there with friends everything was great and spent a perfect holiday there, so I advice everyone to go there and feel the beauty of nature and the multiple excitements there.
P.S: you will taste one of the best wines there so much recommended for all.
