A comfortable hotel with non existent room service

The room appeared to be new and was certainly comfortable, reception staff spoke some English and were helpful but my complaint was that despite my asking for the room to be made up and the bin emptied this was never done. I even had to go down for more toilet paper after finding myself in urgent need!
Breakfast from 09.00 to 11.00 was good if you managed to be there promptly, but if you turned up later you had to ask for more food, fruit juice and glasses to be put out.
The location is good, not far from the centre, but room service prevented me from awarding a better score.

Good hotel for Telavi

Hotel is small, located e few step from the central attractions of city of Telavi. There are two types of rooms: with balcony and street/mountain view and without balcony and backyard view. The first one is much better, brighter and looks bigger. Furniture is scarce, toiletry is sparse as well. The light source is just one, that is not definitely enough. Socket is just one in the whole room. TV channels choice is terrible: just 8 channels and all channels are Georgian. Bed and pillows are OK and room cleanliness is also good. Breakfast area has different entrance, you should go out and turn left. Breakfast is just enough, nothing special. Staff is polite and friendly. So, if you are looking for centrally located, cheap and clean hotel this is your choice, but overall impression is just average.

New building, good stay, too dark

The hotel is new, modern or freshly renovated. Location is almost in the center, close to restaurants, tourist objects. Car parking is not a problem. This was our first hotel which had more European style breakfast, where you can put things you want, and you don’t need to say when you are going to have breakfast. Pity that all food except tea and coffee was cold. Even sausages. But in general, it was satisfying. The rooms are normal, just lighting is very bad. In the room there is only one bulb and that’s all. And that one is very low in light (wats). So, room is dark as wallpapers are also dark. Also, in our room bathroom was stinky. As there a lot of humidity and no ventilation. Better to keep bathroom doors closed tight.

Good location!

This is a small hotel on the main road in Telavi. Street side has nice views from balconies, but it is noisy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The main problem is that there is a smell of dampness in every bathroom. Good location to walk to the center.
