Cosy guesthouse, warm host and amazing views

We were booked here for two nights but were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the host, aunt Ketino! What a witty, gracious and charming lady! The views of the Stepandsminda town and the peaks in the backdrop from our room were amazing. We were in room 2 from 29 June thru 1 July - this accommodated a family of 4. The bathroom had a rain shower and was quite clean. The mattresses had some room for improvement but otherwise no complaints, the heating in the rooms was adequate. There was adequate parking at the property and the location itself was very convenient - the town itself was a 10-min walk. Also the trek to Gergeti Trinity Monastery is a convenient 3.8km from the hotel. The breakfast is customized to the guests need and at checkin, our preferences were noted. I thought the pancakes and veggies were brilliant. The common areas include a dining hall and a table to iron clothes. In short, we felt at home and would consider this property should we visit Kazbegi in the future.

Excellent family guesthouse

This is an excellent pocket-friendly guest house with wonderful views, comfortable rooms and the best service in Georgia. The food is amazing - they do breakfast and dinner, which means a table groaning with local, homemade delights. We loved the breads, cheese, pancakes, and were given all the Georgian favorites, like khinkhali and beans.

Excellent guesthouse

Excellent guesthouse with clean & comfortable rooms, beautiful view overlooking Stepantsminda, delicious breakfast. Great location if you’re intending to hike to the Gergeti Trinity Church, and an easy walk into town. Keti was an amazing and warm host. I highly recommend Ketino’s home for anyone staying in Stepantsminda.

Perfect!!!

Excellent place, with a great atmosphere! Super delicious food, very clean rooms, it was an amazing experience! Keti was the best host we’ve met. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended for travelers in Georgia!

Pleasant stay in Kazbegi.

We stayed at Ketino's Home for five nights. It was a good starting point for amazing hiking tours in the Kazbegi region. The staff was always friendly and helpful, maybe a bit chaotic sometimes. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and offered a lovely view of the mountains. Rooms are cleaned on demand.
