Fantastic
This resort offered a truly relaxing escape. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the service was excellent throughout the stay.

Run while you can
My expectations were high after reading the positive feedback.
The welcome was warm.
Arriving on the floor the enthusiasm was already somewhat cooled, dirty old carpet in the hallway and musty smell.
We had booked a double room with sea view (good for 400 euros for 2 nights anyway) - the room we got overlooked a crevice of sea somewhere and on the left a blind wall full of moisture - loud music from the boxes of the pool - and the air conditioning did not work - there were no cupboards provided to unpack your suitcases.
I then asked if there was another room available - this proved difficult... after searching there was one with sea view available.
When she showed me these I thought it just smelled musty... nothing could be further from the truth - the whole room just smelled like mold - the smell was uncurable.
Regarding the pool - the pool is follow with external people, there is rubbish against the hedges + there is a mentality of laying your towel to make sure you have space, you can not swim through the many ball games
And then breakfast... I'd say just skip it there
We were forced to stay 1 night and then fled, everything was just thoroughly humid in this context - we do not understand the positive reactions nor why this is still a 5* hotel.

This is a 3 star hotel at most.
Location good near all tavernas and small shops.
Parking good.
Pool area busy and volley balls flying at us.
Overall hotel needs major refurbishing. The carpets filthy and stained.
The walls dirty.
Lighting in the rooms dark and dingy.
No water pressure at all.
Breakfast awful no option for lactose free yoghurt.
No fresh fruit.
Overpriced for what you get.

It can't be 5 stars!
The hotel is definitely not 5 stars! The sofa bed that my children slept rubbed and was stacked with packing tape! The building is damaged and needs renovation. The reception was informed while the cleaners were excellent in their work and very polite. Clean breakfast, impressive when you enter the reception but you land abruptly when you enter the room.

Not quite a 5-star hotel
The hotel does not quite live up to 5-star standards, although it has a few positive aspects. The room was large and spacious, but poorly ventilated, with signs of dampness – which can be an issue, especially for guests with mold allergies. In the bathroom, several details required attention: the sink faucet was broken, the bathtub had no plug, the jacuzzi system was out of service, there was no shower curtain (making showers uncomfortable and slippery), and the entrance door was damaged. Additionally, the cabinet housing the fridge was swollen from moisture.
Regarding general facilities, the absence of a terrace or balcony was a drawback. The air conditioning in the hallways was not working, and there was a persistent smell of fried food from the kitchen, combined with stained carpets in the corridors, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. At night, the noise from the air conditioning compressors was disturbing.
As for the beach, I did not ask or check about its location, but the photos might give the impression that the hotel is right next to it – which is not the case.
Breakfast was generous, though not very varied. Overall, the experience felt closer to a 3-star stay rather than a 5-star one.
