perfect holiday

Stayed in this small hotel surrounded by greenery and tranquility..
The road to get there is narrow and quiet, among olive trees, lemons, fig trees and flowers. (the typical Greek road in short.....)
The center is a few hundred meters away, where there are all the shops , restaurants , and bathing facilities and a few meters there are scooter rentals.
The structure is new and well maintained, the room equipped with TV, air conditioning, balcony and mosquito nets, fridge, well furnished and functional.
Bathroom with large shower with folding door (without the classic curtain), hairdryer .
Daily cleaning.
It also has a parking space.
The management entrusted to Mrs. Erica and husband, two friendly and very kind people,
made us feel at home. (THANKS FOR EVERYTHING)
Personally I did not find anything negative to complain about and would definitely stay there again.
P.S. doesn't eat breakfast.

Non luxury ma ok

Let's start by saying that the structure is more than 1km from the promenade-center of ipsos and to get there the road is VERY narrow, VERY sloping and dark. That said, we don’t see anything luxury... once we arrive we park in a parking lot full of rubbish and rubbish (but what does it take to clean a little??!). The property is however decent as is the sea view room. They welcome us with courtesy but the first thing we are told is that from September it is no longer possible to have breakfast in the structure (but it was still August...). Once in the room does not go hot water due to switching off the solar panels. The boy apologizes very kindly and I decide to give up. The next day the flush breaks but even there the boy is very courteous and fixes it immediately. In addition he provided us with some useful tips for eating. Good cleaning of the room, only shame that in 5 days and 4 nights we were given only 2 small containers of soap / shampoo ..
Overall passable but there is so much to improve!!!

“Nightmare getaway”

It was supposed to be a fun holiday but it became a nightmare ... As soon as I arrived at the hotel I received my room I left my things “I culpa” that I did not lock the door but staying in a structure with 3 villagers I thought I was at home the manager showed us the upper room x my friends and there were only 2 people in reception I saw a strange movement I went to the room and I counted the money and 200 € were missing they told me before that they did not have the passwords for the cameras then that they were even broken and could not trace the video, the money was not recovered ... talking about the apparently nice rooms but ... air conditioner leaks water and they had all the water in the room fountain near the bathroom leaks and floods everything in the bathroom, the change of towels we had to be every 3 days and they told me that being alone in the room they should not be changed, we return at 3 am and the bed was still unmade!! Evitate quest albergo!

Fantastic

Very well kept facility, managed in an excellent manner.
Located on the Ipsos seafront in a heavenly place.
Friendliness and hospitality reign supreme.
Truly surprising value for money, congratulations.

Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro, camera confortevole letto matrimoniale + 1 letto a castello - wifi - smart tv - frigo -cassaforte - parcheggio privato .... tutto molto ben rifinito.
Erika la "tuttofare" che trovi nella struttura disponibile in ogni occasione ed esigenza.
