Amazing Place !

This is our 3rd year going there.
We love it ! This year went for 2 weeks.
Anna Kostos are terrific hosts !
Rooms are cleaned regularly ..by Anna who is lovely..
Choice of breakfasts....by Kostas..who is lovely too.
Little Nero was still there.. and Bob the cat More than enough sun beds fir everyone !
Beach just 10 mins. Away
Lovely little shops and Taverns in Skiathois town. People are so friendly.
We met friends there who had been going for over 17 yrs...they hired a car and took us in the mountains for lunch.
Wasn't disappointed....The view was Amazing !!
We also hired a boat for the day and went around the island..stopping off at a beach for lunch. Colour of the water is so blue !
Hope to go back next year. ! It's a little Gem !

Poor customer service

The studios and setting is undoubtedly beautiful and restful. Unfortunately our holiday was spoilt almost from the moment we arrived by the owners unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. We had been travelling since 4am and had not eaten anything at all that day. I bought a small salad in the airport before we departed to eat on the flight but didnt because I suffer from.air sickness. When we arrived around 2/3 pm the kitchen was closed for food and not open until the evening so I began to eat my prepacked salad whilst on my sunbed. The owner dashed over immediately and pointed to a sign some way from us and mumbled under his breath. He did not introduce himself or welcome us as new residence. Complete lack of customer service. I explained that I would not be eating if the kitchen was open and we had been travelling since 4am. I explained that this one be a one off and could he be understanding. No not at all. I was banished to my room like an unruly teenager. On another occasion he was rude and off hand when we enquired about the aircon. We decided because of his attitude we would not be spending any money there on drinks or food. Big loss on his part. Won't be back. His wife Hannah is lovely though.

Easy

I was unsure prior to arrival of this place. Set off the main road and not sure what to expect. I was pleased by the welcome given and overall cleanliness of the place. Looks like it’s a place where regulars meet each year as they all seem to know each other. Air Con is €7 a day and I believe the safe is €3 per day. Bed was soft but not too soft. Very clean. Doors opened to a small level balcony ( but at ground level ). Room has fridge, cooker?? Microwave and kettle. We were given 6 litres of water free of charge. Pool was great. Sunbeds for people who need them are comfortable. Breakfast was fresh. All in all a great place to relax and unwind.

A fab holiday, in a lovely and welcoming family run hotel.

Awesome Byzantium.
Anna, Kostas and their team are so friendly and welcoming.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment, with s kitchen and a terrace. A lovely big walk in shower, air-conditioning was €7 per room per night but it was needed.
We stayed b&b through jet2, I wasn't sure what to expect with breakfast but it was fab. Fried eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, bacon, pancakes and other things like cereal, fruit, ham and cheese etc.
We had lunch there on the days we were round the pool. Really big portions, amazing salads and club sandwiches.
The rooms were cleaned daily, needs changed a few times per week, more than I expected.
It's so close to lots of lovely tavernas and restaurants, and about 10 min walk to the beach and bus stop 18 and 20 (depending which way you go out of the hotel)
I can see why people go back time and time again.

Wonderful Byzantium Studios, Troulos

Our 1st time staying at this lovely place.
Gorgeous pool & surroundings.
Anna & Kostas are welcoming friendly & happy to help with anything.
Breakfast is buffet style, lots of choice, available between 8 a.m- 10a.m. Food is available to order at lunchtime, the chicken mayo salad is delicious. Really nice bar/seating area.
Studios are cute, rustic modern style on the ground floor. Air Con is available at a reasonable price.
Approx 15 minute walk to the lovely sandy Troulos Beach, clear shallow water.
We had a fab holiday staying here for 14 nights.
Peaceful & relaxing.
Also, loved meeting Nero the dog & Marcos the cat.
