Nice experience

The owners are working to make the property even more welcoming than it already is. Location halfway between the old port of Sciato and the most popular beaches. Location clean and equipped with all amenities, parking included. Ideal for a couple who want to explore the island. Recommended!

For two decades now we have been taking summer holidays in the Greek islands, but in all this time we have never had the pleasure of being welcomed by such courteous, helpful, efficient and nice hosts as Vicky and her family. Their hospitality was impeccable, from cleaning to availability and valuable information provided. Villa Diamanti is located a few hundred meters from the beautiful beaches of Tzaneria and Kanapitsa, in a strategic position on the main road of the island, also convenient for those who move by bus. The apartment we stayed in was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and with new fixtures and furniture. We will definitely be back!

Excellent value

I stayed here for 9 nights in June. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. The Villa is owned by Christos who is a very friendly and accommodating man. I was over for a friend's wedding and when a friend of mine needed a place to stay, he was allowed to stay with me at no extr

Second visit, and still perfect for us!!!!

This was our second visit to Diamanti. It is great value for money. To save me from writing all the information again about Diamanti and kanapitsa please see my post from July 2017. although I would just like to add one more lovely taverna we found on the waters edge.Turn left from Diamanti and walk approx 200mtrs and you will find Taverna Sklithri,it also has a secluded beach with sunbeds for hire.
As for the poor reviews, for some it is their first and only review which raises questions, However the good reviews have been left by members who have left multiple reviews and know what to expect for their money!!! We will definitely be returning. thank you to Cristos and family for another great stay.

Disappointing: too basic, dirty, noisy

We made the booking through Booking.com, where there wasn't any photo from the bathroom, but we proceeded to book the standard room, because the other photos seemed to be all right. We stayed at Villa Diamanti for 1 week.
Pros:
- Friendly staff
- Easy Parking
- Clean Towels
Cons:
- Bathroom: dirty tiles, dirty and very small bathtub. The small window from bathroom has the view of the interior kitchen room, so all steam and smell go out directly where people eat. When we friendly discussed with the administrator about the daily cleanness of the bathroom, we got the answer that the cleaning lady, who is his mother, cleans more than perfect.
- Our Standard room had a road view and it was very noisy during all day and night.
There was no sound insulation at all.
Finally we do NOT recommend Villa Diamanti. It is NOT a good value for money.
We will definitely visit Skiathos again and we had a wonderful time on the island, but next time we will choose another accommodation.
