Very nice hotel right in the center of Skiathos town. The owners were very kind and the room confortable. I would come back again.

Good value basic hotel

This was our third stay at this hotel. We spent a week at another property first but decided we would like to stay on the island a further week.
We walked past Hotel Kostis every day and decided to ask if there was a room available so that we could stay a further 7 days on the island.
All of the staff are friendly but the owner Konstantinos (sp) is exceptional. She is so helpful and helped us find a nearby room for one night only and we then spent six nights at the Kostis.
It is located in a lively street with various cafes and restaurants nearby. The street has real Greek character. Very central and perfectly placed for us. Comfy beds good bathroom and shower and nothing was a problem here.
Real good value for the price we paid. Would not hesitate to recommend it if you are looking for good value clean accomodation in a great location.

Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall our stay was very pleasant and the hotel is cute and affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great hotel in the center

Hotel in the center. The owner speaks good Italian, very nice and helpful, gave us great tips about the beaches. Large, clean and quiet room (overlooking the garden) with personal terrace. There is also a large roof terrace (shared).

First time in Skiathos!!!

We stayed in this structure for 2 weeks, our room was on the top floor and had in addition to the mini terrace also a large outdoor terrace with table, where we had breakfast in the morning. Room with double bed and a single bed for our son , small bathroom but with every comfort (hair dryer and kettle that we asked just arrived), mini fridge , TV and air conditioning , essential but it was fine for us, since we went out every day for the whole day and returned in the evening . Linen is changed every other day and possibility of hanging clothes on the terrace because there is wire. The location is strategic , in the center , close to everything , supermarket , bakery , bar .... It also has a convention free private parking (which is not bad since there is all pedestrian area). Owner cute and kind, also speaks Italian and available to recommend places and beaches to visit!!!! Wi fi present sometimes line a little weak. I recommend it!!!!
