Excellent accommodation on one of the best beaches

Excellent studios situated close to Livadi beach. Deluxe studios are spacious with a sitting area and good size patio area. Beds are very comfortable. Studios are well equipped and even provide beach chairs for relaxing on the nearby beach. Rooms spotlessly clean. Good taverna within a couple of mins walk, further tavernas in the Hora 10-15 min walk.

Calm

A lovely place by the sea very clean and of excellent taste very relaxing and quiet breakfast provided by the owners fresh every day and impeccable daily cleaning I will definitely recommend it to friends. Thanks for your hospitality

Sublime stay on Schinoussa

So we came back, just as we knew we would when we fell in love with the island and our beautiful haven here this time last year. I have just re-read my review from then and everything still stands and more….
Last year we did not think any accommodation could be more perfect, stylish and sublime. But we were wrong! This year, because we had pre-booked early in the season, the wonderful Labrini very kindly upgraded us to the superior suite, which has in addition a separate bedroom and is larger with the ultimate view from the balcony.
We’ve stayed for a week this year and it is still not enough. If you crave Greece as it was in the 70s and 80s with all its rustic charm and warmth, whilst staying in the most luxurious accommodation, you’ll find it here… you really can have both.
Staying at Notos Villa (the port location) should be most definitely on your bucket list - you will feel tranquil, calm, cared for and blissfully happy. Get booking now for 2024 before it gets snapped up.
Efharisto Thodoris and Labrini for your wonderful hospitality - it has been such a pleasure to be here and meet your lovely family once again. I tell everyone at home about this amazing place and that your dad still travels the isle on his donkey - he has graced me with a photo once again. Please thank him for me.

Lovely stay

Warm hospitality in a cosy environment with a clean yet comfortable decoration. Nice and spacious rooms with a lovely bathroom and even a small kitchenette. Daily housekeeping with lovely perfumed amenities! I would definitely return here!!

Best choice of the island

We really enjoyed our stay in Notos studio in Livadi! It’s our second time that we preferred this amenity! So very clean room with a smooth esthétique! Nice view from balking and only 2 minutes walk from the beach! Thodoros and Lambrini are very polite and ready to serve you whatever you need! We reccomend it 100%
