Excellent view!!!

This hotel has a great view to the sea, a fabulous garden, free barbeque for the costumers and tables and chairs all over the garden. The sea in front of the rooms has only 30-40 cm depth and it is only suitable for small children to play with the water. (It is laike a lagoon), but there are many beaches near to go swim( by car). The rooms are clean (could be cleaner) and have a few kitchen amentities.
Be prepared for many many mosquitoes and bring with you lotions ( the room provides you machine for mosquito tablets).

Lack of professionalism

We made a reservation using Booking.com in early June for the peak season in August. We planned quite ahead of time, to have more options before everything is fully booked. Two weeks or slightly more after initially accepting and confirming the booking, the owner cancelled the reservation with no excuse, probably to resell the room to another guest at a higher rate.
Livari Studios did not even bother to contact us and give a plausible explanation or offer alternatives; booking.com notified us and offered negligible contribution to the booking cost, if we make another booking through them.
After this incident, I found negative comments for Livari (and coincidentally the owner's lack of professionalism) in independent websites such as Google. Due to this unprofessional behavior and the bad reviews, I booked another place.

Livari studios -The perfect place to ruine your vacation

With this host the customer is always wrong. Poor and old accomodation.
Lying about fully equipped kitchen and ground floor reservation availability. We are with a small baby and at the end kitchen was useless and we were at the last floor.
Of course if we knew that we would cancel the reservation, but they are hiding until you are already there, so you have no choice after a long day of travelling with a small baby.
Bad is uncomfortable and the air conditioning is not working.
Switched to another location (Karidi suites). Had to pay twice, but at least we had a good vacation with my family.
Save yourself the cost and trouble and just avoid this host. They are stuck somewhere in the past and hospitality is not in their vocabulary.
The host speaks English only if she likes the topic and highly selectively. We had a booking for 6 nights, stayed only the first, but of course Livari refused any refunds.

Dont go there!

The nightmare in Vourvouru.
We left 5 days earlier than our check out. Very... very dissapointed from the rooms and the lies of the owner.
With a baby we had to search another last minute place just to have a good vacation, because in Livari studios this was impossible!

Livari beach

We have not visited accomodation,only the beach.It looks interesting with all the sandbanks.Water is very worm and very shallow.I did not like the smell of stagnant water.In the shallowest water is lot of grass.We made nice pictures and went on.
