The best in Thira
We returned to the penthouse Villa and then the maisonette and it was simply wonderful. The sunset view was amazing, no need to panic and book a restaurant for this, it’s all on your balcony. The facilities were spotless but most of all Athena’s attentiveness was fantastic, nothing was any trouble and she was always quick to respond. The manager was also fantastic, he booked us an extra 2 nights in the maisonette, last minute after we were scammed elsewhere on booking.com. His communications put us at ease and saved our holiday.
We loved our different choices of yummy breakfasts. The villas are in a fantastic location, restaurants on your doorstep but still quiet enough from the general hubbub. We felt very private, especially in the maisonette. This is our favourite place on the caldera and can’t wait to return for our next special occasion.

Great views, very clean, and a friendly host. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

5 star experience
Stayed at the 5 star Thera Villas for 6 nights in their Grand Villa. The Villa was beautiful and so spacious. Athena, the Manager, was so helpful and helped us organize transfers and excursions. The staff are just the best! From carrying our bags to and from the drop off points to cooking our breakfast at our designated time in the morning. The breakfast was delicious each morning.
The Thera Villas are a real 5 star experience.
As a side note if you do not feel like tackling the steps into town on any night the Aris Restaurant is right next door with great food and staff.

Absolutely beautiful rooms , I stayed in the penthouse villa and the Grand villa during my stay. Both stunning rooms with incredible views of Fira . Also located in a good area in walking distance of everything . The town square is a 4 minute walk. Enjoyed the coffee shops and restaurants. 🙏I will definitely be back , I only stayed a week but wish I stayed longer .

This villa was amazing! The location and view was unmatched! We had a fresh made breakfast delivered, support to and from the airport and the host was available at all times of the day to helps us with plans or questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!
