I would return again

Very nice people and clean rooms, very close to Kamari beach and right opposite car rental with very friendly people. I haven't met anyone that wasn't nice to us, everybody from close by restaurants was nice kind and friendly.

Not exactly what they say... There is a lot to do!!!

I stayed at this property in September 2025.I read reviews nothing short of 10 and praise, but that's not quite so!!! It is true that the property is in a strategic position, as it is very central, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. For the rest, I tried to make breakfast on the first day (I only had room) but when I went down, there was nothing, to eat!!! (I went down at 9:00). The manager told me that breakfast was free, and that if I liked the cost for the next few days would be 7 euros. In spite of myself I was asked the 7 euros for that breakfast that there was!!!! structure should be maintained! Dated air conditioner with broken outside pipe, water on the balcony, I pointed it out, but no one did anything, even though the manager had guaranteed me that he would fix it, also it seemed there were birds inside. Hard towels and towels, cleaning left something to be desired, table on the balcony never cleaned. Uncomfortable bed and pillow, In the closed door, there remained an open crack to see the light of the landing. Very small bathroom. But the thing that really bothered me was the underwear rule. I paid a penalty of 4.50 for a towel soiled with some hair color. But I proved that that was a filth going away... I washed it!!! This prevented me from washing my hair afterwards. Last but not least, the really bad grips! A slipper where the fridge socket is. Small room for two people. All very arranged and no attention!!! No, I wouldn't recommend it. There is a lot to do!!!

Easy to find
Excellent location close to beach and all shops, cafes, bus stop etc.
Very welcoming - even we arrived late at night
Pickup service a lot cheaper than Uber / Taxi
Basic accommodation, but clean and comfortable
Excellent price given that it is on Santorini in the middle of the tourist ara=ea and close to the beach and all amenities.

TO AVOID

We spent one night in transit at this establishment which does not deserve the Pension name! A non-existent bedding a bed composed of wooden planks not even joined....a borderline cleanliness (see photo) a tiny bathroom with toilet practically from the shower.
As for the welcome: physically present staff but totally indifferent. I do not understand how a site like Booking always references this establishment....
