THE Best Decision We Made in Santorini
The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was close enough to walk to everything in Fira, but just far enough from the crowds that it was actually peaceful. After spending all day exploring the island, it was so nice coming back somewhere quiet where we could truly relax.
The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. Everything felt intentional, and you can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property. It has that boutique feel that makes your stay feel much more personal than a large resort ever could.
What really made Canyon stand out, though, was the hospitality. Our hosts went above and beyond in every way. They didn’t just hand us a list of places to visit, they took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave recommendations that genuinely made our trip better. Some of our favorite restaurants, sunset spots, and experiences came directly from them. Every recommendation was spot on. They also helped arrange transportation and were always available to answer questions or offer advice, which made exploring the island completely stress free.
You can tell they truly care about their guests and want everyone to experience the best of Santorini, not just check in and check out. That level of genuine hospitality is rare, and it’s what made this stay so memorable.

An absolute gem in Santorini!
The place itself is exactly like the photos—very peaceful, comfortable, and in a perfect location with a beautiful view.
