Family holidays

Very nice time in villa Daphni. Generous welcome gift with which we no longer had to go to a store for some food and drink the first day. Very friendly owner. About 50 meters from the sea. Sami at such a 10 min walk along car-free road along the sea. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and faultless accommodation

My sister and I stayed at Villa Thalia for 8 days, it was absolutely perfect. We couldn't find fault, Andreas and Nessie welcomed us and keep the place in top condition. The villas are in a wonderful, peaceful location, the sea is just behind the hedge so the pool is well protected from wind. The villas are all just a short 15-25 minute walk along the beach to local tavernas and bars and on into the delightful small port of Sami, which is unspoiled and authentically Greek. The villas all have their own private pool and the surrounding gardens feel luxurious and are well maintained. Sitting on the balcony in soft evening light with a G&T, listening to the sea and watching the sun go down, we did not want to leave. Highly recommended and hope to return soon with other friends. Kefalonia is a beautiful island I have been 3 times - Sami is a great base to explore the surrounding beaches and islands

Villa Theano Sami Kefalonia

This villa is situated just on the edge of Sami within walking distance from the beach and the main harbour front. It is in its own grounds within a gated compound, with its own parking spaces. The villa accommodates 4 with two bedrooms one with en suite facility., an open plan kitchen and dining/ seating area, in an air conditioned environment. The pool area is overlooking the sea and contained within the grounds. The villa had every facility in the kitchen area for cooking, and an outside BBQ area as well. The gardens attracted a multitude of birds and butterflies and the flowers were beautiful.
A small walk from the villa accessed the beach and a further 5 minutes and you were on the main harbour road with a copious amount of restaurants, bakers and cocktail bars. The villa is ideal for those who want seclusion and spend time with family. I highly recommend this holiday booked through Jet2.com

Greek Island Holiday as They are Meant to Be

Sami Beach Villas were perfect for our stay. Positioned right next to the perfect shingle beach between Sami and Karavomylos the well separated villas each with its own private pool provide a haven of tranquility and privacy. The location means walking to either of the above villages is easy and can be made traffic free along the beach side path. Andreas, the owner, is always around to provide local knowledge and the villas are stocked on arrival with enough food and drinks to get your holiday off to a flying start. We enjoyed our stay so much that 2026 is already in the diary.

Wonderful Villa holiday

What a wonderful place. It is peaceful, very close to the beach with perfect clear blue sea, a short walk from shops and waterfront restaurants in Sami, and the beautiful Melissani Cave Lake at Karavomylos.
Andreas is very friendly and looked after us perfectly, from the very generous supply of food and drink waiting for us when we arrived, to quickly sorting any minor issues with wifi etc. The villa is spotlessly clean, with fresh bed linen and towels supplied in mid week and the Villa perfectly cleaned by Nessie.
