More than just a beautiful resort
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Alexandra Beach Resort for the incredible kindness, support and humanity you showed us during one of the most difficult moments of our trip to Zakynthos.
Alexandra Beach Resort is not only a beautiful structure, but, above all, a place where you can find people who genuinely care about their guests.
After my father had an accident, our holiday suddenly took an unexpected and very difficult turn. From that moment on, the entire staff went far beyond what we could ever have expected. You were always available to help us, with patience, kindness and genuine compassion, doing everything you could to make such a difficult situation easier for our family.
You helped us when we were frightened and overwhelmed, and you never made us feel alone. Every gesture, every effort and every time you were there for us meant more than we can put into words.
What we will remember most is not only the beauty of the resort, but the humanity of the people who work there. In a moment when we truly needed help, you were there for us, and we will always be grateful for that.
A special thank you to every member of the staff who supported us and showed such care and kindness towards my father.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget what you did for our family. ❤️

Another Great Stay
After returning from our 7th stay at this hotel, we felt we must leave another review.
The hotel is in a great position overlooking the sea, we had a sea view room which was fantastic, bed was really comfortable and the air con was a godsend.
The food in the restaurant was great, we always found something to eat. We always managed to get sunbeds by the pool, you cannot put towels down before 8am. There are several bars to choose from all serving the same all inclusive drinks, plus there is a "paid" bar right on the beach below the hotel called Makai, we used this for named brand drinks, great vibe. The snorkelling from the beach is very good if the water is calm, plenty of fish to see.
We met up with other repeat guests that we had met before and also met some new friends also from the UK, although most guests are not from the UK we did not find this an issue.
What really makes this hotel so special is the staff, from Sandra who arranges our booking, to Thanatos who looks after the pools and beach, everybody is always helpful and friendly, special mentions for Aggelos and his team in the restaurant, especially Christy & Nikos, Effi, Nikos and both Yiannis. The guys in Makai were always pleased to see us and treated us well. Although there were a lot of changes with the bar staff it was great to see Aldo return to the lobby bar, always greeting us with a smile and happy to chat about our day, he is definitely an asset to the hotel.
We will definitely be returning next year.

Best All-Inclusive ever
What a beautiful hotel in a stunning location; the staff are also wonderful, thanks in part to a manager who treats his team very well.

Fantastic holiday home
For the fourth time we stayed at this super hotel. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is indescribable. The accommodation and food are definitely recommended. Every time it feels exactly like coming home. Special thanks to Sandra, Angelos, Nico’s, Jenny and Jenny!!! Y&N
