Nice hotel close about 300 meters to the beach. Lots of stairs. Very nice pool area and excellent breakfast. The space in the room is fairly tight, and no space in WC for bathroom items.
Great place to stay for short term.

Quiet hotel in top location

Quiet 3 star hotel and good location. 3 min steps to beach and restaurants. Room was good, everything was there incl fridge only was too loud and could not turn down. Enough storage in the wardrobe but for max 1 person. Bathroom very basic; small sink, toilet and shower. 1 room; after showering whole floor wet. So maybe also small deductor provided. And no room for a wash bag. Had terrace with mountain view; quiet and spacious . Breakfast was very good; plenty of choice, along with other hotel porto plagias , hence better breakfast I think. Staff also very friendly everywhere. Pool also cozy but not used.

A noisy out dated hotel, which is connected to the Porto hotel next door.
Good location & a decent varied breakfast, but take your own tea bags if you want an English cuppa, as they only have flavoured teas. A kettle would have been useful in the room too. The bed was comfortable although very creeky.
You can hear everything outside & in the rooms next door. There were weird pumping noises from somewhere within the premises at midnight & early in the morning, plus a man talking loudly outside in their grounds at 5.30am. Didn’t make for a pleasant stay. Would not stay there sgain.

Extremely disappointing. Never go back

We have been going to Plakias for 30 years and this has to be the worst room we have ever had. The hotel is very tired, bathroom was tiny and the shower was minute. The bedroom was adequate but dated. There was a fridge which ran all night and sounded like a jet plane. The view from our balcony was a refrigerator graveyard.
2 hotels shared the breakfast room so sometimes couldn't get a table.
After complaining reception staff showed us another room but told us we would have to pay 15 euros a night extra.
Also no hand rail on the spiral marble staircase.
Overall not the best holiday experience.

Myrtis Hotel Plakias, recommended for quiet holidays.

10 days stay in September 2024. Room small, but clean, everyday cleaned with fresh towels. Quiet, air conditioning included. Located on the quiet small street with no traffic. Our room was on ground floor with small.balxony from the street side, but very quiet. Fantastic breakfast seevice with the big range of food.
