Exceptional villa in Kea
A perfect stay in an exceptional villa!
We spent an absolutely wonderful week in this magnificent villa in Kea, with our family.
The villa is spacious, perfectly equipped, and offers all the comfort necessary to have a good vacation. Everything is thought out so that you feel at home: air conditioning, television, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, large living spaces… Nothing is missing!
The real highlight remains the view. The sunsets from the terrace are simply spectacular.
The house is impeccable, very well maintained, and ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Everyone has their own space while enjoying convivial moments in the common areas and on the terraces.
A huge thank you to our hosts for their welcome, their availability, and their valuable advice throughout our stay.
We recommend this villa without the slightest hesitation to anyone who wishes to discover it!

We go every year to a wonderful and heavenly place
A property composed of two mills joined together and restored with great taste
An impressive calm reigns there AND is conducive to rejuvenation
the site is particularly well exposed facing the bay with an exceptional view. The sunset is worth it without spending a dime.
The suites are very well laid out, clean, comfortable, and adapted in addition to being very well equipped and very spacious.
The owner is always available and pleasant, looking for our every need.
I want to point out the cleanliness of this place, which is rare.
At your disposal is a private terrace right outside your room as well as access to the infinity pool facing the sea just a stone's throw away

What a dream place!
This place is simply magical. All the spaces are well thought out: each room has both its autonomy and, at the same time, very easy access to the common areas. The design that one can see in the photos and brochures is completely accurate and, finally, the sunsets are always there. The beach is a 3-minute walk away and it has the advantage of being almost always empty and allowing for snorkeling around it very easily. Personally, I fell in love with this island, which is both beautiful and very wild, with very little developed tourism.
In short, I can only recommend Les Moulins, which I loved!

Our experience with this accommodation was very disappointing. We felt that the property was presented to us in a misleading way, as our communication before booking gave us the impression that we would be able to use the large shared area and the kitchen for our needs.
After arriving, we were informed that the kitchen could not be used, although this was mentioned only in small print in the contract we were asked to sign. Furthermore, we learned that another guest who had paid the same price for a similar room was allowed to use the kitchen because they were a friend of the owner. This unequal treatment left us shocked.
Before booking the accommodation, we had specifically asked whether I would be able to prepare for my wedding there, and we were told yes, with great enthusiasm. However, on the day of the wedding, the owner arrived and started shouting that we were damaging the furniture, which was completely untrue. The make-up artists had simply placed their items on the table using protective towels, and we have photos that clearly show this.
The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and intimidating, making us feel unwelcome in the property. On the day of departure, we politely asked whether we could stay just 15 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. check-out time, but our request was refused in an angry and aggressive manner.
On the positive side, the property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the misleading information and the owner’s behavior completely overshadowed our stay.

Dear Anastasia,
You did not rent a private villa or a wedding venue. You booked one suite for two people in a shared guesthouse, where the other guests had come specifically to enjoy peace, rest and privacy.
Your signed contract expressly prohibited a gathering of this size without prior written approval. Nevertheless, you brought approximately twenty-five people onto the property for a wedding gathering that had neither been booked nor authorised.
The problem was not that you were celebrating your wedding. It was your behaviour and that of your group throughout the stay: shouting late at night and into the early morning, slamming doors, running through the property, disturbing the other guests’ sleep, entering areas used by them, and showing no respect for their peace or privacy. Other guests also witnessed you throwing empty bottles into the swimming pool.
Despite all this, I did not intervene to stop your celebration. I intervened only when members of your group began entering the other guests’ spaces and damaging furniture and equipment. My intervention was limited to protecting the property and the guests who had legitimately booked and paid to stay there.
After your unauthorized party, the areas used by your group were left in such a condition that an urgent and extensive cleaning had to be organised.
Your review now presents the consequences of your own conduct as a failure of hospitality, while omitting every essential fact: what you actually booked, the unauthorised gathering, the disturbance caused to the other guests and the condition in which the property was left.
Zen Blue Mills welcomes guests who respect the property and the peace of others. Based on this documented experience, neither you nor your group would ever be accepted as guests here again.
