An absolute gem
This place is wonderful , the villas are superb , equipped with everything you could possibly want . They’re modern and contemporary but comfortable and a home from home too. We were met by Dinitris who made us feel very welcome immediately. It’s definitely a family concern with Jenny bringing her homemade pastries every day before moving onto cleaning the villas. Both take such pride in their 4 properties , being on hand immediately if there’s any issues ( we had a problem with the safe and their son George came to mend it) . The swimming pool is lovely , there’s bean bags, an egg chair and sun loungers plus beach towels to help make you feel relaxed. We wanted for nothing
The villas are situated just outside the lovely hillside town of Perdika . It’s very traditional with tourists few and far between but we were made to feel very welcome everywhere we went. There’s a whole host of tavernas all serving excellent food at great prices and the bar , Black and White serves great cocktails with the most amazing view down to the coast with the best sunsets. A hire car is essential . Sivota is around 25 minutes away on a very windy but well made road ( we loved Sivota ) , Parga is around 30 minutes away ( far too busy and commercialised for my liking) but coming back to Perdika and the villa was always welcome not least because of the crackingly efficient air con.

Amazing, relaxing stay
What an amazing place to stay - Jenny and Dimitris could not do enough to make sure that we had an amazing time with them.
The villas, are comfy and well equipped. We were cleaned daily and had the bed linen and towels changed more times than i could count.
The pool was larger than i had thought it might be and was regularly cleaned and was a joy to be in with a lovely view over the olive trees over to Corfu. This same view was amazing at sunset, don't think we had the same looking sunset twice.
Jenny brought daily plates of homemade Greek food for us to try, all were amazing but we especially loved the chocolate cake.
We asked about getting a taxi to Parga and Jenny organised that for us with a local driver.
This is really a super relaxing place to be, we had the most enjoyable two weeks here and felt more like family than guests.
Perdika is a small town but has lots of lovely restaurants and a few small supermarkets but is a lovely walk from Elaionas Estate.
Cannot thank Jenny enough for the amazing gifts when we left of olive oil and honey along with all the other goodies.

FANTASTIC VILLA!!
We are day 11 of a 14 day stay here and it is FANTASTIC. The villa is very well equipped, modern and very clean. The pool area, patio, and sunbeds are perfect. Would definitely recommend. The village of Perdika is a 15 min stroll away, and there are many beaches to explore nearby. I'd recommend car hire. The owners of the villa Jenny and Dimitri are wonderful, responsive and kind hosts. Jenny brings homemade pastries every day, and they are delicious. Well stocked supermarket nearby and lots of lovely restaurants in Perdika. We also got takeaway pizza and enjoyed late night swimming, what a treat! Fantastic villa.

Beautiful modern villa
Lovely modern villa absolutely spotless. Jenny and Dimitris are wonderful always making sure everything is perfect. Fresh home baked pastry everyday. Would highly recommend . A great base for exploring this part of Greece. Close to the village of perdika and several beaches.

Wonderful holiday
We’re about to leave after a week’s stay and very much recommend Elaionas Estate.
The site has four villas, each with their own pool and garden, tucked away in the hills above Perdika. Perdika is a bustling village, a short walk or drive away with plenty of restaurants and bars. There are some beautiful beaches nearby too. Our favourite was Karavostasi.
The accommodation is newly built, modern and clean, and the owners, Tzeni and her family, have been charming and welcoming hosts.
