I love V.N.

Great room, excellent breakfast and authentic Greece atmosphere in here. I really like it. The hotel staff always there for you and help you. Very close to the see you can walk in a minute. And close enough to the city century. You can stay in here safely.

Okay

I will started telling that we stay only for 2 nights at Nickolas. We made a booking earlier this year in march - april, based on pictures saw on the tripadvisor. When we arrive there, they give us a 2X2 square meters room. The bath was the same so small. All those were so fare away about we see on their website.
I dont know, maybe because we stay only for couple night they give us that room, I don`t know. After I tell them that we gonna live because hte room was so small, they try to make things better and offer another bigger room.. Not nice..
Any way.. I will be honest and I will tell you exact the good things and bad ones.
Good things : free parking place, good wifi signal in the room, good breakfast, close to the beach, A/C included in the room price.
Negative: Very noisy when you have door or windows opened, crowded beach even in september, very week night life..
For a transit place for a one or two nights, could be okay, for more...i don`t think so.

Great place for a holiday with a real Greek atmosphere!

Great place with kids to go to the beach. Crystal clear water and you can walk more than 50 meters, very little waves. breakfast very nice, home made pies, smoothies. Friendly staff. Beach restaurant was amazing we had every day lunch their. Prices where lower than other restaurants and quality a lot better! Umbrella and beds a bit too crowded during the weekends.
Wifi a bit slow.

Very clean rooms and great breakfast

We came to Kavala for the weekend from Turkey. We heard lots of good comments about the hotels in Greece. This hotel was a proof for that. We even had concerns about Hygiene at 4 star hotels but here we had no question marks at all. The owners are so sweet. Breakfast was delicious. Worths price.

Charming hotel

Nice clean roomy pension type accommodation with small car park in front and friendly helpful staff. Only B&B but nice english speaking owner recommended Faliraki tavern about 10 mins down the road, where we had a nice typical Greek meal & excellent bottle of local wine. Breakfast at the Villa is self service Greek, with freshly squeezed orange/banana juice mix (it works!) and some cereal available. The owners were really helpful in getting our visas printed off for entry to Turkey which we had omitted to do before we left UK. One gripe - the funny lights above the bed which when they were off, weren't quite off, ha ha.
