Highly recommend!
Great accommodation, amazing hosts, very helpful! I definitely recommend them! We've spent 7 days, the rooms are very comfortable with beautiful balconies, immaculate room service, and the pool is amazing. I wish i could go back tomorrow!

Beautiful location, but be cautious when booking directly!
This was our second year staying at this property, and when it comes to location, cleanliness, and comfort, everything was perfect. The place is well maintained, spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation.
However, we were quite disappointed with the direct booking experience:
The first year, we booked through Booking.com and everything went smoothly. This year, since we wanted to stay for a longer period (14 nights), we contacted the owner directly. She assured us that we would get a better price than on Booking. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.
In the end, we paid about €25 more per night than the Booking.com rate. Over 14 nights, that added up to a significant extra cost. A few days later, another group of Romanian tourists arrived and told us how much they paid for the same accommodation via Booking – their reservation had been made in February 2025, while ours was made in October 2024. Clearly, booking directly didn’t give us any advantage.
After paying the deposit, we were told that if we wanted to pay the remaining balance by card, there would be an additional 13% fee – something we’ve never encountered before, not even in other parts of Halkidiki. We ended up paying part of the amount in cash and €750 by card – for which we had to pay an extra €100 in cash due to the card fee.
Our friends managed to withdraw the full amount in cash from an ATM and pay that way, but when they asked for an invoice, they were told they would also have to pay a 13% fee to receive it. If we had booked through Booking, we would have had a lower nightly rate and the invoice included.
We were left very disappointed by this kind of behavior.
Also, a strange attitude regarding pets:
The property states it accepts small dogs, and we brought our Chihuahua with us. Every morning, we took him out in the complex courtyard for his needs (always with waste bags), but the owner’s husband would get very upset and make a scene whenever he saw the dog outside. This, despite stray cats roaming freely in the yard day and night. We didn’t say anything, but we found it frustrating.
Bottom line:
We recommend the property for its quality and cleanliness, but we strongly advise you to book through Booking.com rather than dealing directly with the owners.

Very careful space, high aesthetics, both internally and externally. It is offered for relaxing and comfortable holidays. Everything clean and perfectly ⁇ ined. The owners polite and hospitable. It is very close to the beach. I strongly recommend it!

The perfect choice for your summer vacation in Halkidiki!
The hotel is clean and well-designed, there is everything you would possibly need to feel like home.
In terms of convenience - the beach is on a 5 mins walk from the hotel, there is a big supermarket and bakery on a 5 mins walk and Nikiti is a great entry point for all the good beaches around the two sides of Sithonia.
In addition, you will meet the most friendly, kind and helpful host - Katerina. She is knowledgeable about region - beaches, restaurants, sights, very talkative and easygoing and most of all - always there to help you.
Dear Katerina, our stay was short, but we felt like home! Thank you, sincerely, for your hospitality !!! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to come again soon ! :)

Best holiday ever in Nikiti
It was a pleasure staying here, everything was perfect. The room is very clean, comfy and modern, the water in the pool was amazing. The owner, Katerina is such a wonderful person and takes care of everyone. The place is just within 5min to the beach and restaurants. We had an incredibile 10 nights here. Thank you for everything!
