Stay during Finn Word Masters
Simple hotel near the beach. Very nice owners who are always helpful and courteous. It was very family-like and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and has good beds. The bathroom is small, clean and functionally furnished. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. We enjoyed the time and had fun.

Prejudice!! And lack of hospitality and unprecedented
Absolutely. I would place that incident early in the review because it is especially significant—it shows that even before your stay really began, there was already an issue with how your family was treated.
From beginning to end, my family and I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. Unfortunately, what we experienced was a lack of respect, hospitality, and consideration from the owners and staff of this family-owned business.
Even before our stay began, we experienced an issue with our arrangements. We had already paid a deposit for our reservation prior to arrival, yet when a local pharmacy delivered my disabled father's wheelchair to the hotel ahead of our arrival, the owners refused to accept it, claiming that we did not have a reservation under our names. This was extremely upsetting and concerning, especially since the reservation had already been confirmed and a deposit had been paid.
When we arrived, our luggage was also an issue. The owners initially did not want to store our luggage while we waited for our rooms to be ready. They eventually kept our luggage at the end of our stay, but even then, the owner's father made it clear that this was an inconvenience.
My disabled father was also not allowed to sit in the main sitting area where there were tables and chairs available for customers. This was particularly disappointing and made us feel that he was being treated differently because of his disability.
Housekeeping was another ongoing problem. From the first day, I specifically asked what time housekeeping would come, and we agreed upon a set time each day. However, we repeatedly had to argue with the owner's father to have the room cleaned. We were told that we were always in our rooms and that they "don't knock on doors." On one occasion, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were told that he was too busy dealing with his accounting. My room did not even have a room number, while my parents' room did.
There were also restrictions regarding the outdoor seating. We were told that we could not sit outside because we were supposedly blocking the aisle. Regardless of whether we chose to eat inside or outside, we were made to feel as though we were not welcome to use the seating areas that were available to customers.
What was most disappointing was the complete lack of warmth or basic hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the main concern seemed to be collecting the money upfront. When it was time for us to leave, there was virtually no acknowledgement whatsoever—no "good morning," no "good night," no "thank you," and not even a simple "come back again."
As Americans traveling with a disabled family member, we unfortunately felt that we were treated differently and that the owners were selective about whom they chose to be welcoming and friendly toward. We never expected special treatment; we simply expected basic courtesy, respect, and hospitality.
The one positive part of our experience was Nea Iraklitsa itself. Outside of this hotel, the people we encountered showed us what true Greek hospitality, kindness, respect, and gratitude look like. The town and its people were wonderful, and they made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was the complete opposite. For our family, the lack of hospitality and respect overshadowed what could otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area of Greece.

Great overnight
Super clean, functional, everything worked. Good a/c, plenty of hot water, nice balcony. Fifty meters to the seafront, beach, tavernas and so on but quiet. We parked on the street right outside. Good price:quality ratio too.

Great holidaying
Iraklitsa Beach Hotel is well worth a visit it’s on the edge of the village yet central to all amenities. It’s quite and clean, the beds are very comfortable. It’s a short walk to a fabulous beach and a good selection of taverns. The stay in Iraklitsa was reasonably priced and ideal for couples and families. I would recommend the hotel and place if your looking for a typical Greek holiday.

best situated location close to everything
best location in the very middle of Iraklitsa. still you may want to take seriously the small dimension of the room. otherwise, it is clean, bedsheets and towels are changed every two days, big balcony, all facilities included, also AC and hair drier. no elevator and no parking area dedicated which can be a problem because it gets crowded especially on the weekends.
