Brilliant beach holiday booked through TUI!
We had a wonderful stay at the Albatros Hotel in Moraitika. Booking through TUI was seamless, and the hotel itself was exactly what we were looking for. The absolute highlight is the fantastic beachfront location—being able to walk right onto the sand in seconds made our trip so relaxing. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, beautiful family run hotel. Rooms were comfortable and kept clean with great air con. We would definitely return!

Disappointing
Unfortunately, I can report hardly anything positive about this hotel...
The service, especially in this hotel, was bottom-tier. We have often stayed in 3- and 4-star category hotels, but we have never experienced anything like this.
It started right at check-in: We were immediately informed that we could not move into our booked room with a side sea view because it was not available. Instead, we were given a room without a balcony that had already seen its best days. Only after a discussion did we receive a room with a balcony – although also without a side sea view. The tour operator was blamed as the reason. Only after three days did we finally get the booked room, after our travel agency had taken care of the matter.
After that, we were only met with angry glares by a staff member at the reception and were largely ignored – true to the motto: The evil tourist just wanted to demand what he had booked and paid for.
There is also little positive to say about the food and the service staff. Anyone expecting Greek cuisine or even just occasional fresh fish here will likely be disappointed. Anyone who loves fries and pasta, on the other hand, is in the right place – because this "5-star cuisine" felt like it was served every day.
Regarding the staff, I can only say: It was hard to be more overwhelmed. Perhaps the reception should help out with the service in the future.
The only three plus points of this hotel were the friendly staff at the beach bar, the good location, and the clean beach right at the hotel.
Unfortunately, I still cannot understand the many positive reviews for this hotel to this day. I hope that my review helps future guests with their decision and saves them from a similar disappointment.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed. The staff was super friendly. They all always had a smile on their faces and you were always greeted in a friendly manner.
We had booked all-inclusive. What I found very unfortunate is that the loungers at the pool as well as at the beach cost 9 euros per day. At the beach I could understand it, but at the pool I found it quite steep. The buffet was okay. The scrambled eggs were absolutely not my thing; the boiled eggs should perhaps have been taken out 1 to 2 minutes earlier, but okay.
Lunch was so-so, sometimes quite good, sometimes not so good. And the same for dinner.
What I found very unfortunate, I have an allergy that I indicated at the reception and I mentioned it every day because I asked regularly at dessert. Unfortunately, that was not paid attention to and I could not eat any dessert there, a pity.
The driving school car was an older model .
The rooms were, well. The window screens were broken, the beds were hard (I had back pain every evening or night), the shower did not close properly, which means that the bathroom was flooded by showering (daily).
The massages were very good.
A few shops can be easily reached on foot.
What I also found very unfortunate with all-inclusive is that you had to pay extra for cocktails.

Excellent beachfront stay with room for improvement in the dining department
This hotel boasts an ideal location right on the beach, with a wonderfully maintained and relaxing pool area with plenty of available sunbeds. A standout feature is the beach pricing; two sunbeds and an umbrella cost just €9, which is highly competitive given the €15 average nearby.
Inside, the accommodations were exceptionally clean, though the mattresses were on the firmer side. Unfortunately, the buffet options for breakfast and dinner did not live up to expectations. Despite the excellent service from the restaurant staff, the food lacked flavor, leading us to dine out. We would gladly return in the future, provided a room-only or bed-and-breakfast rate becomes available.

Terrible Hotel
Booked a 10 day all inclusive holiday, but we cut short after 3 and booked a flight home.
Shower flooded the bathroom. Insect curtain torn. Smelly pillows. Eaten alive by mosquitoes on 1st night.
Moved rooms, but not much better. Extra charge for poolside sun beds @ €9 per day. Bottles of water extra charge and not included in all inclusive package. Staff preferred to serve paying customers who were not all inclusive.
We felt staff were biased against all inclusive customers who were wearing blue wristbands and were reluctant to serve us.
Not a family hotel in our opinion. Nothing really for children to be kept amused all day.
Everything considered run down and nothing like the photos shown. Avoid this hotel at all cost, stay away and save your money.
