Dreamlike accommodation
Tilos Villa is a unique accommodation. From the first contact of the booking to the collection at the port we were perfectly looked after.
But the best thing is to arrive here and spend a few days in this magnificent complex. Sonia and Christopher lovingly care for this paradise on Tilos. The rooms are quality equipped and perfectly cleaned. The garden is paradise.
But for us the absolute peace, the beautiful terrace and the personal attention were our highlights.
We have stayed in many hotels, suites, villas and studios in Greece, but Tilos Villa is truly one of the best.

Peace and privacy in beautiful surroundings.
Visiting Tilos Villas for the second time this year we thought the experience was even better the second time round. Sonia is the perfect hostess. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed. The views both during the day and at night are stunning. Up the hill from Livadia town you gaze down on the beautiful sea and hills. A great experience that will be repeated yet again. Go once, return as friends.

The perfect place for a dream island
There's no other place like this on linden. The apartments are wonderful, very well decorated and very well equipped! There is everything (everything) you need to cook. There is also a dream view and Sonia was super available and very friendly. They also offer boat trips to visit this dream island and its beaches

Under the sky of Tilos....
It's very rare to have such an intense experience.
Staying at Tilos Villa is like being at home away from home, immersed in the beauty of Mediterranean nature and in real, authentic and non-touristy Greece.
Surely the structure created by Sonia has brought quality and luxury in respect of the island concept of Tilos, still a microcosm of history, true nature and men in an ancient balance, something rare to find in the contemporary Dodecanese. Sonia, in addition to taking care of every detail of our stay, was an inexhaustible source of valuable island tips, which made us discover wonderful places and not beaten.
The apartments are amazing and brand new, equipped with every comfort, but at the same time returning the simple beauty of the place. The view I think is among the most beautiful in Tilos and waking up contemplating the sea and nature is priceless. Our apartment (Dolphin), equipped with two terraces, allows you to live outside at any time of the day. A terrace is equipped with a mini pool with whirlpool for two people, illuminated by LEDs with various colors, which allows you to take a refreshing bath at night after a day of hiking... but the added value for us was the external double bed in masonry where you can witness the incredible spectacle of the uncontaminated starry sky (or contaminated only by the light of the Moon) of Tilos. Thanks again Sonia for making us live an experience of the highest level of comfort in the beauty of simplicity. Tilos and Tilos Villa left us a truly unique and intense experience, which we take home as a precious gift as well as pure energy.
We will definitely return for a new holiday or for a period of smart working, also given the efficient wifi coverage. See you soon!

perfect experience
My husband and I returned to Tilos, staying again at “Tilos Villa”, as already in our previous experience of 2023.
We are a couple who love to travel between the Greek islands, choosing a different one every year, to know and appreciate the “Greek world” in an authentic way. Each island, except those now distorted by mass tourism – such as Santorini, which for us represent a “fake” experience – has its own specificity: if lived thoroughly and not just in a quick “hit and run”, it reveals its own original characteristic that makes it deeply Greek, but at the same time different from any other.
Tilos, however, is an exception. It is the only island where we felt we could establish a permanent landmark, with the certainty that it would never disappoint us.
The island has a quiet pace, never crowded even in July and August. It is the ideal destination for those who love nature, the pure sea, and respectful, slow and silent tourism.
But what makes everything even more special is the magic of a place like “Tilos Villa”.
Rarely, in Greece, is an accommodation that combines authenticity and comfort with such naturalness. “Tilos Villa” has nothing artificial or glossy: there is no trace of that constructed and stereotyped beauty that we call “santorinized”. On the contrary, it blends perfectly with the island atmosphere, offering a sober, refined elegance and perfectly integrated with the landscape.
Perfection in every respect.
But it is not a place for everyone: it is designed for those who appreciate the value of silence, nature, authentic atmospheres, for those who recognize architectural harmony that knows how to blend with the territory, without ever falling into ostentatious luxury or façade.
We write this review almost modestly: as travelers, we fear to reveal a precious secret, and that this place may one day lose its uniqueness by becoming an over-traveled destination. But at the same time we feel the duty to give credit to those who make it possible.
A sincere applause goes to the management of “Tilos Villa”, which exceeds every standard of hospitality: it is not a simple hospitality, but a deep, discreet and passionate way of taking care of guests.
Sonia, the hostess, welcomes with sweetness and dedication. His presence is discreet but constant, and through every gesture you can feel his love for this island and for Greek culture.
