The best you can find near the city of Ioannina. Cleanliness .. excellent breakfast .. quiet .. incredible view of the lake and above all hosts and staff extremely polite.

AMAZING

I don't know what to write. I'll tell you in the order I lived. Excellent service and courtesy of the staff, cleanliness that we have not even our home, a breathtaking view, breakfast buffet with huge variety and delicious everything!!!!! The sheets and towels were mossowing!!!!
I will definitely advertise it and I recommend you to go unreservedly!!!!!

Uhmm most of your staff are really rude and come into rooms without an ask

Well some of the staff were really helpful ... The other ones were rude and came into rooms without even a ask...someone could be naked...like what???
Overall the breakfast and the food were really good ...
Last but not least, many things were broken in our room

3 star hotel

We went for Easter. As soon as we arrived we saw the hotel's 5-star label. We figured it would be amazing with such a view. Unfortunately, however, the phenomena are deceptive. The reservation was made by my husband. They gave us a room on the back. Do we say how bad it is? Once we got in, we wanted a license. The bed stuck to the wall. So narrow with little light. Goddess in the opposite room. Small windows small bed wooden furniture etc in short no even 3 star hotel. And for its price it's not worth it. With the same money, fortunately, we found a loft near the lake two-story 55sqm wonderful!
When we requested an upgrade, there was no room and I find it completely understandable. But there was no way we could stay there.
Of course within an hour we delivered the keys and we left. However, the amount was not refunded. And the reason why this had to happen was because it was not 5 stars but 3 at most!
