Consigliato per posizione e comfort
Struttura posizionata in un posto strategico nella sona di Agios Nikitas, in quanto si trova ad angolo tra le due strade principali che costeggiano l’isola ed inoltre si trova nelle vicinanze delle spiagge più belle come quella di Milos e Kathisma.
La struttura possiede anche la possibilità di poter noleggiare auto e scooter con l’azienda GreenMotion.
La ragazza che ci ha accolti era di una gentilezza e cordialità di pochi eguali.
Per coloro che soggiornano vi è un posto auto privato e personale.
Nei pressi inoltre vi sono bancomat, un Market molto assortito e diversi locali.
Passiamo alla location.
L’arredamento è semplice ma funzionale con tutti i confort utili in vacanza.
L’angolo cottura, è arricchito da un frigo, padelle, piatti, posate e bicchieri.
Letto molto comodo e possibilità di usare il divano come ulteriore opzione.
L’unica pecca forse è data dalla tenda della doccia che non preferisco molto ma è un parere personale e non è stato un problema.
Il condizionatore (non è a pagamento) ci ha aiutato molto la notte e durante le ore più calde.
La pulizia dell’appartamento e il cambio degli asciugamani è avvenuta ogni 2 giorni in modo regolare e puntuale.
Ho apprezzato molto la mappa dell’isola posta all’ingresso, una cosa banale forse ma mai scontata.
Consigliato per chi volesse soggiornare in zona.
La struttura possiede anche la possibilità di poter noleggiare auto e scooter con l’azienda GreenMotion.

Amazing Location vs Lower Class Apartments
The rooms are in a great location in the village of Agios Nikitas on the island of Lefkada. The village is ideal for families. The sea very close, the food, traditional restaurants, and life.
The rooms belong to an owner who owns also other rooms on the island. The owners were not there throughout our stay. Nor is there a reception. On the ground floor, there is only a car rental office (Green Motion ) where the only employee struggles to serve both car and room customers.
They do not have good sound insulation, all night long motorcycles, cars, and noise are generally heard from the adjacent apartments. In the morning at 8, there is a pizzeria that smoke comes out of the chimney and if you open the window all the smoke enters the rooms.
The bathroom is completely prefabricated with obvious signs of lack of maintenance, The curtain of the bathroom is moldy. The kitchen sink is clogged. In some windows, there were no shutters but blinds that did not adequately cover the window. Τhe bathroom faucet needed maintenance and water was running. The walls had signs of dirt.
Due to pandemic, we were told that it was not cleaned regularly but only if we were looking for it. Initially, the car rental employee gave me bags to empty the bathroom garbage myself!!! But I told her that it is not possible and she was willing to come to the apartment to do it alone !! (although she was a very polite person and willing to help, I see this as lack of management from her superiors)
I told her that I would like to have my room cleaned the next day because we have a baby and we want new towels. the next day (3rd day of stay) we returned in the afternoon and it was not cleaned at all !!!
I went down to the car rental office and there was another employee and she knew nothing at all !!! He went into a warehouse and gave me only a towel. She said; "Sorry this is the only one I found". I informed them how unhappy we are, that it is now a matter of health with 35 degrees not to have clean towels and not even the garbage in the bathroom has been cleaned.
Completely disappointed we saw that these rooms have no management, organization, and rights for tourists at all. And I felt the need to share it (with photos as documents) in order to avoid that other tourists will have similar difficulties.
But again the area is wonderful. I also wish the owners read it and really respect the tourists more, especially when they have babies.

Scorretti e Pessimi
Mi danno un appartamento al secondo piano con scale scomode e pericolose per il bambino di 3 anni (sul lato sinistro sono aperte con possibilità di precipitare al piano inferiore),inoltre, nonostante avessi avvisato del mio orario di arrivo alle 15, la camera non era pronta prima delle 18! A seguito di proteste reagiscono in modo scortese e mi propongo sconto di 170 euro solo se cancello prenotazione su booking, così da essere certi di evitare recensione negativa e risparmiare LORO le commissioni. Infatti ho scoperto alla fine, come ciliegina sulla torta,mi hanno anche addebitato le commissioni del pagamento col pos che spettavano a loro. PESSIMI !

Goede ligging, erg vriendelijk personeel, schoon
Deze appartementen zijn erg goed. Schoon, airconditioning werkte goed, keuken. Bedden waren prima, maar wel hard. Strand op 3 min lopen. Wel een erg druk strand, als je tijd en zin hebt loop dan de berg over naar milos beach. Dit is rustiger en mooier.
Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Scooters te huur bij appartement tegen gereduceerd tarief.
