Mistreatment and a terrible place

A terrible place!! Dirty, spiders in the bedrooms even between the pillows, the floor unswept, you couldn't even walk barefoot because of how dirty it was, the owners treated us badly and the daughter is very unpleasant, you cannot consume anything you bring to the pool, not even water for a small child, they force you to buy everything from them at exorbitant prices, we asked them to refund our money because we booked 4 nights and we did not agree with the dirt and filth of the place and the treatment by them, they refused to refund the days we had left and thanks to booking that supported us, we were able to leave the accommodation, recovering our money for the days remaining on our reservation. Once we left, the owners' daughter, who is in charge of the bar, started recording us with her mobile phone without our consent, in a cocky and provocative way.

Don't ruin your vacation by coming to this place.

I have never seen an apartment, to call it something, dirtier and with more bugs in my life, the walls looked like there had been a slaughter because of the splatters there were, dirt and even feathers under the beds, and it was horrible with spiders and mosquitoes, like the managers, bad treatment, aggressive and rude, if they don't know how to treat people they should do something else.

A lot of dirt and mistreatment by the professional.

I have never been to a hotel in worse condition or filthier than this one.
Since our arrival, the cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There were insects everywhere, the floor was unswept, and there were huge spider webs in different corners of the room. The feeling was one of a total lack of maintenance and hygiene. During our stay, the only “cleaning” that seemed to be done was changing the towels, when it was done, since the general condition of the room did not improve at all. The rooms are so old that you could play Ouija in them.
Furthermore, the staff accessed our room at night in our absence and without our consent, and it was not to perform cleaning tasks, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
When we voiced our complaints about the condition of the room, the situation worsened. The owner addressed us in an intimidating manner, even raising his hand with a threatening attitude. For her part, the pool bar employee yelled at and insulted us on several occasions, as did the owner, receiving completely disrespectful and unacceptable treatment.
Initially, the hotel refused to refund the amount for the two nights we were not going to enjoy upon deciding to leave earlier than planned due to everything that happened. Finally, thanks to the intervention of Booking.com, the problem was resolved and the hotel agreed to refund that amount to us.
However, even when we were already leaving the establishment and getting into the car, the pool bar employee recorded us with her personal mobile phone while mocking us, a totally improper behavior lacking professionalism.
It has been, by far, the worst experience we have had in an accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would not recommend

The rooms are very dirty and the hosts are incredibly unhelpful. Upon arrival on 25 September, we were greeted with a filthy room with nail clippings, hair on the floor, and stained sheets.
They did not provide fresh towels or toilet paper unless we asked. They did not change the sheets during our entire stay. They did not empty our bins, so we had to do it ourselves. We swept the floor ourselves.
We raised these issues multiple times and were met with nonchalant attitudes.

Very low quality.

It’s dreadful. Rooms are tatty and filthy and well-below standard. So unclean. The team try to be friendly, but you can’t magic a great stay out if something very substandard.
