Lovely hotel , incredible staff .
Everything was perfect, warm welcome upon check in, the room was perfect, bed extremely comfortable and the pool was great cool off. Eric the manager was extremely helpful and friendly,breakfast was amazing and being greeted by the lovely Eleftheria every morning was a great start to the day, she’s a real credit to the hotel, all the staff were so friendly and warm, unfortunately I didn’t catch any more names..

Disappointing Infinity
I expected a lot from this establishment, and to be honest, I was a little disappointed.
The place is interesting, but for me and my daughters, the location of our rooms at the parking level and, what's more, at the entrance to the restaurant, is frankly unpleasant.
Indeed, it is far too noisy, between the smells of exhaust fumes, the incessant noises of car doors, and the people passing back and forth.
For a hotel of this caliber, this does not seem normal to me.
I thought I would discover a place of calm and peace, which was far from the case.
The staff is charming, but that isn't everything.
The beach is nearby, but it is ridiculously narrow and overcrowded.
If I had known that I was going to spend my week in a high-end establishment, and therefore with prices to match, facing a parking lot, I never would have booked.
The rooms are large and very practical, even if the mattresses are way too hard.
The small pools for dipping are very practical, but the hotel is still missing a large pool for swimming.
Breakfast is average, with an overcooked omelet and pancakes that I couldn't eat because they were so dry.
For me, vacations should be synonymous with pleasure, serenity, and exception; this hotel, even if it has many qualities, is held back by its little downsides that make all the difference.
It's a real shame; it offers services that approach the highest standards but...

For me, the Castello Infinity does not meet all these standards to make it an exceptional place.

Sadly we couldn't give 5 stars
There were many positives for this hotel but a few negatives too, and that's why we feel we couldn't give 5 stars. Staff were lovely and very welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Breakfast was served to your table. You had a menu to choose from with cold food like cereals and yoghurts and then a hot food selection, but the only problem was, we would order our cold selection and they then wanted you to order your hot food but brought it all out at the same time, rather then giving you your cold breakfast first and when you had finished that, you could then order your hot breakfast. So we ended up eating our hot food first and cereals or yoghurt after. We did mention this at breakfast, but nothing changed. Having the plunge pool on your balcony is great, but some younger people staying at the hotel were a bit loud and treated it more like a normal pool, splashing about and not giving any thought to their neighbour on the next balcony. It's for chilling out and relaxing in, and if you want to make lots of noise, you are better off at the beach, which is literally across the road or maybe at another hotel with a proper pool as this hotel doesn't have a pool. There are lots of lovely different restaurants to choose from a short walk from the hotel and really nice shops too but the walk along the beachfront is very busy with people everywhere, often bumping into you which doesn't always make for a pleasant experience. We didn't go on the beach as it got extremely busy and isn't a very wide beach. We didn't have dinner at the hotel as it was so expensive and the food was too fancy for us with little choice of food. It was never very busy but I think if the restaurant was less expensive and had more choice on the menu, it would attract more customers and it was disappointing we couldn't have eaten at least one night in the restaurant. Also, the hotel itself had no lounge area where you could sit and read your book or chill out rather than being in your room the whole time or on the balcony. We especially noticed this when we had an evening flight and had to vacate our room by 11 am as there was nowhere to sit inside. They did have seats around outside but it was too hot to sit there. So an inside cool lounge area would have been better.

Quiet but not intended for a longer vacation.
It was a relaxing vacation, however, I would not come back. The beach is unusable, very narrow and crowded. The hotel does not have much to offer. The private pool was so cold that it took some effort to go for a swim. The half-board menu did not change in 10 days, the selection was not too large. In addition, the food often did not arrive hot. It was mentioned. For breakfast, there wasn't even any cold cuts or salmon (requested). For a 5-star hotel, not a great selection. There were only 2 types of rolls. The friendliness of the staff is worth highlighting. When the towels were changed, the bath mat was forgotten several times. All in all, the price is too high for what is offered.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.
The Hotels.com listing is misleading and materially inaccurate. Its advertised the hotel as being on a white sandy beach with an exclusive beach bar, complete with photos suggesting exactly that. In reality, there is no exclusive beach bar and the nearest beach is public, rocky and nothing like the images or description (it’s a vile beach). Had the listing been accurate, I would never have booked this hotel.
The problems didn’t end there. The blonde concierge was extremely unhelpful and refused to assist with booking restaurants or beach clubs. The hot water remained lukewarm throughout our stay and the manager shrugged his shoulders and refused to investigate. Towels were stained, had holes in them and are used interchangeably for both the bathrooms and the beach. The patio door regularly got stuck creating a safety concern. Housekeeping removed bedding from our room and failed to replace it, and when we raised it with the manager, he accused us of stealing it.
The plunge pools are also very misleading in the marketing photos. Rather than overlooking a luxury setting, ours looked directly onto a car park and supermarket/high street.
