The perfect spot to relax and swim all day.

Paradise ️ in just an hour and a half from Athens ! Room 205 : the best view, cosy for a couple and the cleanest one + full renovated.
It is ‍ pet friendly and ️‍ friendly.
Accessible for disabled people ♿️
The breakfast is perfect with all you need and at lunch time they propose home made dishes
A small but calm family- run hotel.
The host Vassili, his aunt Kate and his team are very friendly.
If you want to feel just like home : choose KAKANAKOS

Amazing location

Vasilios and his team at this family-run hotel welcomed us with the warmest hospitality. The location is perfect, with a bakery across the road, gyros two steps away, and tavernas a short walk along the beach. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the private beach was the highlight.
Our six-night stay was far beyond expectations. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t recommend this gem enough!

Great experience

Small hotel by the sea in which we really enjoyed. Clean and quiet has direct access to the sea literally with 6 steps and a private beach with sun loungers and beautiful pines for shade or alternatively with a nice garden where you can enjoy even more shade. (Sea fabulous pebble beach so bring your shoes). Clean and spacious room, no frills but great! Good and varied breakfast.
Vasilji, the owner, is Italian Greek and is really available to show you where and what to visit (thanks to him we bathed in natural springs, saw a sunset at the dream lighthouse and visited the remains of an ancient port on the sea, not to mention Mycenae and Corinth!) He recommended delicious restaurants and never missed a smile. In summary super recommended hotel! We hope to be able to return soon!!!

Nice no-nonsense hotel on the beach in Greece

A nice no-nonsense hotel right on the beach.
First, if you are looking for a five-star accommodation with a marble bathroom, little umbrella drinks, and endless white sandy beach - this is not it. But if you want a taste of real Greece, very helpful owners, crystal-clear water, and good local restaurants within walking distance, this would be it.
We stayed there just one night due to the schedule, but would have gladly stayed longer.
The beach and the water bottom have slightly rough pebbles which are typical for many beaches in Greece, and it may require rubber shoes/flip-flops of a sort. On the other hand, the water couldn't get any better - crystal clear and warm. Beach chairs are available for the guests.
There is parking right in front of the hotel in their property. The hotel has an elevator.

Paradise

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time! The hotel has access to the sea and is located near the most important and famous archaeological sites in Greece such as Corinth and Mycenae, and is also about 80 km from Athens. The owner Vassilli and his partner Melany are exquisite people who make all guests feel at ease. The cuisine was excellent, at lunch we were served typical Greek dishes prepared in a sublime way. Vassilli always available and kind in recommending typical places to visit. Excellent value for money. And finally the colors of the Peloponnese are wonderful
