Great place to stay

Staff service is excellent! Pelagia was so helpful and always nearby reception if you need anything. Room is great, clean and a beautiful view. Our room was changed from what we booked but they allowed us to pay the same rate for a studio than the rate for the apartment we were in. Next time I come back I will definitely rebook!

Comfortable and clean, great position

We found the reception staff helpful and friendly. The apartments are a little dated but clean and comfortable with a big living area and sunny verandah. The views are wonderful as the apartments are right at the beach with a choice of restaurants below. There is air conditioning which we used as a heater as we were there in early spring. I would recommend Kapsali Sun.

Excellent value, great location

Kapsali Sun is located on a road that runs along a quaint cove. The views from the terraces frame the sea and beach below, a lighthouse to the left, the cliffs and structures of the castle to the right. The rooms were very clean, and minimally furnished. The restaurant below offered a nice breakfast, with friendly service, directly on the beach. Kapsali Sun is a good economical base for exploring the local Hora and the rest of the island, with nice views, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Bad and Rude behaviour from the reception women. ||Αγενής συμπεριφορά από την κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν

As a Greek the rude behaviour of the women at the reception makes me totally sad.Hope that her behaviour being better to the most of the rest tourist.
Σαν Ελληνίδα με θλίβει το γεγονός ότι η κυρία που βρισκόταν στην εξυπηρέτηση (ρεσεψιόν) του ξενοδοχείου είχε απαράδεκτη και και αγενή συμπεριφορά. Ελπίζω και εύχομαι η συμπεριφορά της να ήταν τυχαία αγενής σε εμας .

Vue splendide

Très bien équiper sobre mais tout est. Dans l essentiel bien reçu nous avons eu la chance d y aller hors saison car cela n est pas très bien insonorisé mais la vue et l emplacement en valait les trois jours
