Great location to stay overnight, both for tourists and visitors to Xatsikosta Hospital in Ioannina

Fantastic family hotel driven by particularly lovely people, hospitality is their priority. For a very reasonable price I spent 12 nights there very comfortably, with a very tasty breakfast in the morning with freshly fried eggs, croissants, bugazza, sandwich, a nice puddling, omelette and more, in short everything that makes breakfast so attractive. And all this prepared with love by the namesake of the hotel Anna.
For visitors to the hospital there called Xatsikosta it is the ideal location to stay overnight, as only a 5-minute walk away.
Ample parking space next door, as well as a supermarket, a fine taverna and other facilities, perfect.

I do not recommend

Disappointing experience.
Breakfast with shortcomings that could not be replaced.
Without hospitality, keep observations not to talk in the lobby.
There was obvious savings in heating with continuous reductions and in basics such as health paper (half rolls).

Super accommodating and friendly staff. Top value for money

Not central, but location is great if you are using the city as hub to visit the surroundings. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of local dishes. The staff were super helpful treating every guest like friend that is visiting.

Not 4* but 2* Hotel

I artived in this hotel almost 21.00 then cost 70 euro. They give me room number 209 which is smell smokes cigarettes then after I asked to change the room. The bath room has no hand soap has no shanpoo only cuttonbuds. The reception told me I have to pay extra to get shampoo and conditioner.
The location in the middle no where and not woth stay here. Rude greek and speak so rude.

Very kind and helpful. Lovely hotel. It is possible to have dinner in the hotel, the moussaka was fantastic!

Very nice clean room with lovely terrace. Airconditioning, bath.
Dinner was nice, I recommend the homemade moussaka and Greek salad.
Quiet hotel, no fuzz, no music
Breakfast is nice. Fresh fruit, and homemade marmelade
