Stayed here for 3 nights and was pretty disappointed overall. Booked what they called their "superior double room," and it was tiny—barely enough space to open both suitcases without them blocking the path to the bathroom. Felt more like a glorified closet than a proper hotel room.
Check-in staff (young woman at the front desk) was completely indifferent—minimal eye contact, no smile. Not rude exactly, but zero warmth or helpfulness.
Breakfast is served next door at a separate café (not even in the hotel), and it was underwhelming to say the least. Basic continental stuff—stale pastries, weak coffee, watery eggs. Nothing worth getting excited about, and definitely not worth the extra charge.
Wouldn't stay again unless I had literally no other options in the area. Size, service, and breakfast all fell short of expectations. 1/5

Disappointment
We requested cancellation for this reason. The hotel told us we had to talk to the booking that we made the reservation. The hotel does not accept to cancel the reservation completely but booking accepts it and sends us back their own fee. Also the booking does not charge the hotel in case of complete cancellation, so we were told.
when we come to the conclusion that the Britannia Hotel does not wish to help the situation while seeing that their town is excluded from all roads.
We understand that there is a policy for reservations but there are always exceptions in cases that we can't control such as the farm blocks.
Always satisfied with the behavior of the hotel as opposed to the behavior of booking.
All on the altar of money. Enjoy our reservation.

Disapointing Breakfast for the Price
We stayed at Hotel Bretania in Ioannina for €160 per night. The location was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was disappointing — à la carte, very limited, and definitely not worth the price. I would not choose to stay there again for this reason alone.
