Great stay
Great vacation, very intimate club. Very varied and good food, multiple high-quality activities, very kind and very professional employees. It is a very clean club where you feel good.

Magda Club august 26’
I spent 8 wonderful days at Magda Club in Crete in August, and I can honestly say that it was the best experience. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and everything was great. However, the part of my stay that I will remember the most is definitely Club Jumbo and the amazing animation team.
Moritz, Anis and Adrian made my holiday even better. Each of them does their job really well , they were friendly, energetic and always made people smile. There are many different activities every day, so I think everyone can find something for themselves.I also want to mention Basilis, who made my time even nicer with the conversations. He was always kind and interesting to talk to, and these small moments made my stay even more special.
The hotel itself was wonderful, but the people at Club Jumbo really made the difference for me. Thanks to Moritz, Anis, Adrian and Basilis, I will remember this holiday for a very long time. I will never forget these 8 days in Crete, the atmosphere, the activities, the shows and all the great memories I made at Magda Club. It was a truly special stay !!!

Overall a positive holiday
This hotel has a lot of positives and a few negatives. Firstly the location is great, you are close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to take you into Heraklion. The entertainment was great and super engaging, especially for children. The food isn’t the best and there isn’t a lot of options to chose from, but i suppose that is with almost every all inclusive. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. Our bathroom light did stop working but other than that, really good. You are in a flight path so it can be noisy during the night. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

An unforgettable stay
We had booked two separate rooms to stay with our children. We were very satisfied with them, cleanliness, view, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, we had the very unpleasant surprise of discovering a rat in one of our rooms, which had entered through the bathroom window in the middle of the night. The situation is particularly concerning given the unsanitary environment around the hotel.
We would, however, like to point out that management reacted quickly and did what was necessary by changing our rooms promptly.
On the other hand, during this room change, the majority of our toiletries were thrown away for hygiene reasons, and my toiletry bag, with many items still inside, disappeared. It is regrettable, because despite the hotel's good initial reaction, we suffered several inconveniences and lost personal belongings.
An unfortunately very stressful experience, especially when traveling as a family with children.
The hotel remains very clean, however.
The entertainment did not particularly meet our expectations.
As for the buffet, it is varied and everyone can find something they like.

Il est très facile pour une petite souris de s'introduire par une porte-fenêtre laissée ouverte.
Afin de compenser ce désagrément, nous vous avons proposé une suite de catégorie supérieure dans notre nouveau bâtiment.
Concernant les objets que vous avez signalés comme manquants, il semble qu'un incident soit survenu lors du transfert d'une chambre à l'autre.
Nous regrettons vivement les désagréments que cela a pu vous causer.
