A brilliant hotel and spa

We’ve had an amazing stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is spotless, with the rooms and communal areas kept incredibly clean every day. The pools were fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The spa treatments available are brilliant. We booked the couples message for our wedding anniversary and the girls in the spa made it extra special and really went above and beyond to treat us
The food was varied and always fresh, with something different to choose from each day. We particularly enjoyed being able to try some traditional Greek dishes alongside more familiar options.
The location is great too, with Gouves beach, local shops and restaurants all within easy reach, while still being peaceful enough to completely unwind.
A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so memorable. We’ve had a brilliant week and would love to come back in the future!

Amazing Spa Experience

While staying at the hotel I had a treatment with Katya. It was amazing! 90 minutes of pampering. katya was welcoming and professional and provided a knowledgeable massage . It was an amazing experience I thoroughly recommend.

lovely stay

really loved the spa treatment by eugenia and jueda. had an excellent stay at the hotel with such welcoming staff at the reception and erantos restaurant.

Head massage

The atmosphere that has been created was amazing! Massage rooms are very relaxing and stuff is very kind and polite.
Ms Eugenia has magic hands:) highly recommended!!!

Deep Tissue Massage for two

Both my sister and I got the deep tissue massage at the spa - it was amazing, we had Eugenia and Emma. Both were super friendly and made the experience so relaxing that my sister fell asleep!
