Very nice family hotel in a quiet and beautiful environment. The space next to the hotel is great and fun for the kids. We really rested. Very kind and smiling staff.

Great hospitality!! 10/10

Great holiday experience! The service was perfect, with staff always smiling, kind and willing to help, making us feel really welcome. The owner was excellent, polite and always smiling!! The spaces and rooms stand out for the cleanliness and hygiene, while the all-inclusive package impressed us with the varied and delicious food. A special note of coolness and fun gave the Aqua Gym with Antonis in the morning at the pool, an experience that we enjoy very much! The location, next to the sea and very close to Heraklion, makes it ideal for rest and excursions. A comprehensive experience that we would definitely like to live again – we highly recommend!

Hotel to flee!!!!!!! Where to start, the rooms are very simplistic for a hotel. A small bathroom dark and with a shower where water flows more in the bathroom than in the shower tray. The hotel is plunged into darkness with the impossibility of lighting the lamps for more than 5 seconds to pass through the corridors. (extremely dangerous) The lunch is only from 1 pm to 2 pm and the evening meal from 7 pm to 8 pm. Be careful not to arrive late otherwise you will be taken back by the boss like a child. During an aperitif on the terrace, the boss came to shout at us because we put the chips in a bowl and not in a paper. The pool is only accessible by paying for extra drinks while we paid to be in All in. It is a shame!!! All in drinks are only powdered sodas and are also hot because the device that dispenses them is in full sun all day. The manager of the hotel dared to answer me "we peak we buy drinks in the store" so why charge me in all inclusive if I have to buy my own drinks....
The meal is the same every day at the hotel, never changing and barely 3 or 4 meal proposals.
Breakfast I don’t even talk about it....
I brought a crepe from outside (because the only desserts in the restaurant are denla watermelon or oranges ) I was kindly asked to go up to my room to eat it at the risk of being charged an extra fee, the first time in my life that a hotel wants to charge me because I bought a crepe outside. I say they don’t even sell pancakes.
I had a problem with the air conditioning and I had the misfortune to ask to fix it. The boss limited me insult because I did not know that if the balcony door is not closed then the air conditioning does not work.
I’m extremely disappointed, when we get rid of the boss at the eater she asks us to be understandable because he’s sick, but that’s not my problem when we’re sick we stay at home we don’t bother our customers and talk to them badly.
If I can give advice never came here!!!!
A military camp instead of a holiday hotel club. I did not pay to be treated like this.!!!!
