Very nice hotel in perfect location

Fantastic family run hotel. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Every effort has been made to make the hotel very comfortable. You can see there has been a lot of attention paid to adding lovely details.

Noisy kids and their mothers in the pool area.

Nanolagets young children and their mothers use the pool area regularly.
They fill a lot with their little noisy children and shouting to each other. Not something to expect when booking place only with double rooms......
Is otherwise outstanding hotel with nice rooms, cosy pool area and close to the center.

Wrong room type, awful cleaning and poor service

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When we arrived at 2 p.m., we were asked to go up and check if our room was at all available, because the staff did not think we should check in today, despite the fact that clearly stated in their paper, which we made them aware of.
When we entered the room, we found that it was neither cleaned nor matched the room type we had booked. We alerted the staff to both issues, but they insisted everything was as it should be – even though we could show our booking that clearly showed that we had received the wrong room type.
Nor would they be responsible for the lack of cleaning. The staff claimed that the room was clean, although we could show pictures of a definitely clamped floor and the generally poor cleaning standard. Our request was received with a negative and rejecting attitude, (especially by the owner) and we felt at no time that our complaints were taken seriously.
It is clearly the bad hotel I have stayed in and I can not recommend the place at all. (Images attached by the dirty floor at the bottom)

Fantastic stay! Will definitely be back next year. Fantastic place!

Amazing place. Rooms are of excellent standard. Very clean. Balcony overlooking the pool. Great place
The friendliness is amazing and all staff are brilliant. The snack bar offers good variety of food. Bar is open till late. I would highly recommend anyone to book their holiday at these apartments. Can’t fault anything.

Lisabeth

We returned home from our second stay at Lisabeth apartment’s and it just gets better, big thank you to Lynn Sam and family nothing was too much for them. We are starting to become a regular like everyone seems to be which tells you how good it is. We have booked with Larry for next June and September and we can’t wait many thanks Alan&Colette
