Everything just perfect.

One of the best accomodation I have been. Clean and large room, everything clean, great pool, great stuff and service. Quality breakfast.

Nice hotel but lack of hospitality is noted.

΅We stayed at this hotel in late June 2026 and regret to mention that although much effort has been done the concept of "Philoxenia" and friendliness from Staff and more specifically from owner / Executive Manager, were completely missing and experienced unwarranted hostility instead.
All guests need to feel welcomed and leave with best impressions. We did not receive this despite during our stay. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

A hotel where one returns with pleasure.

It is with great pleasure that we return for the second year to this hotel of excellent quality. The service is remarkable, the rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfast buffet is perfect, and the proximity to a dream beach makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff is always smiling, attentive, and caring. The establishment is run by its owner, who kindly ensures the well-being of the guests and provides truly exceptional service.

Beautiful, spacious mini apartment with kitchen use and parking. Just a few meters from Simios, a beach with spectacular sea.

The hotel is brand new with beautiful architecture. In each room, a separate living area with kitchen use and a small terrace with a sea view. Outdoor area with a pool, pergolas, and very beautiful and modern furnishings. The breakfast is varied, abundant, and of excellent quality. 3 km from the town where there are Greek and seafood restaurants, but the fact of being located on a double bay with wonderful water is priceless because during the day the car can stay in the hotel parking lot.

A gem of a hotel — simple yet sophisticated. Everything is designed with care and common sense to make your stay easy, pleasant, and beautiful. Spacious rooms, sea-view terraces, a pool, and kind, discreet owners. Just 280 m from the most beautiful beach. In disabled bathrooms, a few more mats would be welcome for safety.
