Staff was incredible. The hotel is really good and has a calm vibe. There was always spots available around the pool. Walking distance to the sea, but a long staircase which can be difficult for older people or disabled people. We were super satisfied with our stay.

This is a superb hotel that is just outside of the main, busy strip. It is also high up with a great vantage point for the sea town. There are steps that lead straight down to the road, the beach and a bus stop with services going to Chania Old town.
The food is delicious - good sized portions, for a reasonable price. The breakfast is also good quality with a good choice of savoury, sweet items. The coffee and teas are very good quality with a good selection.
We were staying in a family suite that offered a balcony great view of the pool and the sea. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were contemporary modern with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was a generous size and again, all good.
Staff were always on hand to support. Friendly and amenable.
Overall, me, missus and my young adult kids were very happy with the stay. If we return too Crete, it will be a default choice.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and the views were absolutely amazing. It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Hotel was perfect,
Modern, clean and great views of the ocean. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and eggs cooked fresh according to your preference. Pool area spotless with ample sun loungers never any need to rush down to get a spot

Nice location, good staff. Few options in breakfast and could do with some activities. No option for lunch or dinner and car is a must.
