Amazing place

The building is 800 years old, so you feel like you are living the history again. The owner of the building is Stamatis, an amazing person who makes you feel like home. He advised us about every place where we should go to eat and all places were great. The only thing that we feel sorry about during this vacation is the fact that we are leaving. Great house, very comfortable, near all good places, great location in the old city, very clean.

Awesome rooms

The best place to stay in Chania. The host are awesome and very friendly. The place is very well located, spacious and extremly clean. In the are you can find evertything that you need in less then 5 minutes of walk. 10+

Cretan hopsitality at it's best

Central, but out of the hubbub, above an artist's studio in the old town, run by a couple who know all there is to know about the area. in an old narrow street that is quiet at night but very near the harbour, the market and all the restaurants. Highly recommended!

Adventurous stay in the Old Town

I stayed in the first floor room over-looking the alley. Perfect if you want to experience staying in an antique building in the heart of Old Chania.
As others have mentioned, the rooms are not very sound-proof so I was frequently disturbed in the night by noisy neighbours. The bathroom was a wet-room so things like toilet paper had to be removed before showering (and the toilet had a good soaking every time).
The two most memorable aspects of staying here was watching over the life in the old town from the balcony and also the artist/owner, Stamatis - a warm-hearted, jovial man who offered lots of advise about where to go and what to see.

Just perfect!

Only got to stay a night but it was amazing, really clean beautiful room and the owners are lovely people really keen to help and even had great suggestions on helping us out with where to go while in chania, and as the owner is a painter the whole place is beautifully decorated with art! We are without a doubt going back whenever we are in chania!!
