A lovely place to stay.

We loved it here. Situated in a quiet little street in the Old Town with shops and restaurants close by. The room was perfect as it was on the ground floor and was very cool. It had a large bathroom and plenty of space to move around and sit. The lady in reception was so welcoming and always smiling.

Noisy like hell...

It sounds like a nice idea, hotel on a square right on the old town..but reconsider!!! Room was nice but oh boy the noise from outside...day and most of the night! One night some half drunk Greeks decided to have a "conversation"...at 5 in the morning. End of your rest at night...

Lovely quirky, stylish apartment, fantastic if you like to stay out and party as it's very central

Fabulous stylish apartment in a side street off the main thoroughfare into Chania, about 7 minutes walk from the main bus depot so super easy to get the bus from the airport and then get to the apartment. Only 2 euros 20 to get into town from the airport and it's the last stop, so you don't have to stress about where to get off. The room was incredibly spacious. Central to everything. Air con was great. Lighting was very atmospheric. There was a very useful safe and a small fridge to store drinks which came with welcome bottles of water. Shower pressure and hot water excellent. Very clean. Key code entry so no fuss to get access to the apartment. Small supermarket in the same square. We loved our stay.
Disliked · We chose the ground floor so we could wheel the suitcase straight in and not have to carry it upstairs. We read reviews it could be noisy on the ground floor and it was, even though we didn't get back until gone mid-night most nights, we'd still have people chatting outside in the early hours. Very quiet in the mornings though, so lay-ins were not disturbed. We had to pull the curtains so people couldn't see in, which was a shame. Some window film or voiles would quickly sort that.

Excellent hotel for a more budget minded traveller!

A wonderful little find in the centre of the old town, 2 minutes walk to the harbour. I booked a superior double which was a decent size and overlooked the main street with its bustling shops and little tavernas. Being in the centre we expected to hear lots of noise but it wasn't overwhelming and was quiet when we got back at 11pm. Very clean, had slippers, robes, toiletries and flannels along with tea and coffee making facilities. The price was perfect for our budget travelling and I will definitely book this hotel again!

Dreadful Customer Service

We had to cancel our one night booking with this hotel and did so well before the last date for free cancellation. In spite of this the hotel cynically and repeatedly ignored our requests for return of our 50% deposit. We would never consider booking with them again and would not recommend them to anyone we know.
