Excellent value for money

Great location for area beaches and close enough to downtown Kissamos. Owner is very kind and helpful. The apartments are a bit dated, a bathroom arrangement would be appropriate. Excellent cleaning. Recommended

Not worth the money

We stayed here for 1 night so we could access the other side of the island. The staff were very welcoming and seem like lovely people. However, we felt a little cheated as the €100 a night with no breakfast is way overpriced for such dated and poor quality accommodation. From the outside it looks like beautiful, authentically Greek accommodation (reminded us of Mamma Mia movie) inside it is not so lovely. Had I of gone with just my husband I wouldn’t have been comfortable but I would of managed. The kids however were scared as with all old building you will find cockroaches and other creepy crawlies. They were desperate to leave. The bath is the old fashioned half tub size. This made showering very difficult. There are electric wires hanging out in various places and holes in walls. This was not an enjoyable stay however the location is beautiful. With modernisation and a bit of TLC this place could be amazing.

Friendly staff and great views

Very welcoming and friendly couple running the place. Great views over the bay. Basic facilities but very clean and good value for money. Close to Balos Beach and some nice restaurants. Would recommend.

80's place

Well, whole experience was saved by excellent position. But, you can see it was all fitted in the 80's. There is miniature TV from tose days (Blaupunkt, as far as I remember, they use to do car radios for VW), stove/sink/fridge combo and smallest bath tub I have ever seen. It is not a bathtub, and it is not even shower tub. And furniture is also very old and dried out, including If you wan't some "intimate" action, you should be aware that whole building will hear it. Well, they will hear farts, coughing and snoring too/ Walls are very thin. In Booking.com they claim that they have laundry service, but they do not. They consider changing of bed sheets and towels as "laundry".
Only good thing is position, and view. Price wasn't too bad either.
