We went to the hotel as a family to celebrate our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a family suite, which suited us perfectly and gave us plenty of space to feel comfortable and relaxed.
The check-in process was easy and smooth, and we really appreciated the many family-friendly swimming pools. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a lovely place to celebrate such a special occasion with our family, and we would happily come back again.

Would not recommend this hotel for couples, it’s more for families with young kids. Rooms and updated.

Poor standard and poor cleaning

Standard on the apartments are poor. Cleaning is miserable. The beds weren't changed all week. Picture 2 shows the “newly renovated” bed.
Soaked towels were only hung up again (see photo 1 of the towel that was hung up. I got a new towel all week and I had to ask for it. Been bitten by animals at night. Travelled home with 25-30 bits (not mosquitoes). Figure 3 shows a pair of bits. I don't know what it was, but come when I was in bed. There were also cockroaches in the area. Not in my apartment. The rest of the family had it in their apartment. Followed when they “washed out” apartments before new guests arrived. It was minimal.

Nice hotel with 3 pools.

I love Crete and went to platinums and it was great .The hotel was located on the main street so it was close to everything. the hotel was top 3 pools and a nice garden. The woman Maria in the reseption was a friendly o kind person who fixed everything .Bran Garden was disappointing but then I found a tavern called Dorsia which was top good food nice staff so you should go to it.
