Without a doubt, this is the best hotel on the island! The villas are stunning, and the view overlooks the most beautiful beach in Andros. The owners are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always present, making you feel truly at home from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality is exceptional and made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Andros and can’t wait to come back!

Avoid the criminals!
I paid for 6 nights at this hotel but stayed only 2 nights.
During my stay, the air conditioning leaked water onto my laptop, causing damage. When I raised the issue, the owner/father came to my room with two other employees. I felt threatened and intimidated during this confrontation.
The following day, after I left, I was called a “scammer” by the hotel. They later told me that their actions were because they had experienced a similar situation before. I do not consider this an acceptable way to deal with a customer complaint.
The hotel subsequently apologized and promised to refund me for the 4 nights I did not use. Despite that promise, I have still not received the refund.
The owner's mother was present and witnessed part of what happened.
I have reported the incident to the police and relevant authorities, and I am keeping records of the incident, the damage, the payment, and the hotel's promise to refund me.
I have also read other reviews that raised concerns for me. Based on my own experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
I am prepared to provide the relevant evidence to the authorities and, if necessary, to the court. I am looking forward to having the matter properly examined through the appropriate legal procedure.

The beauty of nature.
Great resort located in a beautiful position. The valley and Zorkos beach are stunning. Our room was very well furnished with unique details. The staff is very kind, and the resort is well maintained. It is truly lovely to stay in this resort.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the pool area was perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. Their hospitality was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.
Overall, this was one of the best places we have stayed in Greece. We would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and authentic Cycladic experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Disaster
My stay at the Aegea Blue Cycladic Resort was beyond disappointing and I cannot recommend this place – I would even warn against it.
At first we were greeted by a lady on our arrival in the late afternoon – she never tired of stressing that we had the most beautiful room in the whole complex. She then accompanied us to the room and experienced our reaction directly: Speechlessness. Not with beauty – but with horror. The booked honeymoon room did not correspond to the pictures and descriptions advertised on Booking. There were worlds between the images and reality! The room was clearly outdated, dirty and did not seem to have been properly maintained for a long time. Particularly objectionable are the non-functioning wardrobe, which was blocked by the bed and the bedside table, as well as loose cables all over the room and a loveless “design”. The furniture has become old and looked worn out. Maybe the other rooms are better.
Yes, the view of the bay was beautiful – but even the outdoor design did not correspond to the pictures on Booking (for example, a table from the interior was placed on the terrace for the photos).
The lady left us very quickly. After a few minutes and a short vote – and checking which room we had booked – we visited the lady again. She could not help us and referred us to the evening. The owners would be present.
We decided to enjoy the pool in the meantime. The complex itself offers a pleasant Mood. The pool is fantastic and you could actually find peace – if it weren’t for ten kids romping loudly by the pool. So little of the hoped-for (and touted) relaxation remained. In addition, we were only allowed to take glasses and a bottle of wine to the pool after a discussion.
We left the pool and walked the steep stairs to the bay. The beach and the sea are very nice. Very natural and untouched. We visited the tavern – rather not recommended and at 9pm we were finally able to have a conversation with the owner:
Customer support was absolutely disastrous. When asked if there could be a solution for the desolate room, we were attacked extremely unpleasantly. The owner's son was initially a little anxious to help us, but was interrupted by his father's tantrum. He shouted loudly: “We are not selling rooms, we are selling the surrounding! “ In fairness, I would like to mention that the son offered us an alternative accommodation for the next day, but we could not visit. Due to our experience with the desolate room and the condition that we could not visit the other room in advance, we were unsure if we could trust the offer. When we hesitated, we were abruptly offered a new solution: to pack our bags and leave the hotel – a situation in which we no longer felt welcome. On our request to be allowed to stay at least one night in the miserable room (it was already after 9pm), we were answered with rejection. We were also denied help in finding a replacement accommodation. After a lot of phone calls we finally found a private accommodation for one night. The next morning the ferry took us back to Athens and the “Andros horror” was over for good.
Overall, my experience at the Aegea Blue Cycladic Resort on Andros was more than just a disappointment. The beautiful location – where you have to emphasize that you need a car and also have to be willing to drive a lot; or you just stay on site – doesn’t help either. The incredible behaviour of the owners has left us speechless. For the price I expect significantly more and I definitely cannot recommend this hotel (definitely not a resort). My short stay was more than disappointing. If it were possible, I would award 0 stars.
