Perfect value for money

We are visiting Anaxos Garden for the 2nd time this year. We love it here. Value for money is more than fine. Room is neat and well cared for. Owners are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. You get a choice of 5 different options, but can customize them as you like. The location is great. There are nice restaurants nearby and a 5-minute walk will take you to the beach.
Drinks are served by the pool. Because of the small scale, there is always room at the pool.

Repeat visitors

We stayed at Anaxos Gardens for 2 weeks, our 3rd stay in 3 years. Once again we had a fantastic holiday. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
We visited Petra and Molyvos, both in the evening. Both resorts are busier than Anaxos and are worth a visit but we do prefer Anaxos as it is so quiet and relaxing. Our favourite restaurants are Sarandos and Ariston and we enjoyed lunch at Europa by the beach, where we used their sunbeds. The family who run it are lovely people.
We had some late nights in the bar at Anaxos Gardens watching the football and also went to the BBQ which Yiota and Dmitri provide every Sunday evening. It’s good value at €15 each and very tasty.
The only little thing I can think of which would improve the accommodation would be a hook in the shower to hang the shower head up. A very small thing though and we have already booked 2 weeks next year and can’t wait to return.

A pleasant and quiet stay in Anaxos Garden

Anaxos is a charming little village nestled between sea and mountains. There are a few small supermarkets for food as well as souvenir shops. From Anaxos Garden, the beach is easily accessible on foot, which makes the seaside walks very pleasant.
During my stay, the tourist season had not yet started, so several restaurants were still closed. Fortunately, we discovered the Sarandos restaurant, located close to the accommodation: a real favorite! The food is excellent and the prices really reasonable.
The Anaxos Garden accommodation is run by a lovely and very caring couple. The apartment was cute, well arranged and functional. Only small downside: the bathroom, whose unclosed shower tended to splash everywhere. It was a little cool at night, but we were immediately provided with an extra blanket. The maid is also very nice and takes care of the housekeeping.
The general atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting. We still had a nice Belgian atmosphere during our stay, which put some life on the spot! Special mention for Sunday barbecue, a real treat for a very decent price. And what about breakfast? Hearty, varied (5 formulas to choose from), and absolutely delicious!
In summary, a warm address that I recommend without hesitation!

Such a amazing place it’s or 38th visit in 25 years

Just got back from another fantastic holiday at Anaxos gardens ,Yota and her husband Dimitri are just amazing and can’t do enough to help in every way possible,people moan about no water ,no shower curtain up and toilet paper in the bin but honestly it’s Greece and such a beautiful unspoiled island definitely worth a visit

Hotel room is cleaned every few days, really top. It was nice weather with swimming pool. Nice hotel with nice people
