Outstanding

I visited this hotel and stayed for 1 week with my family and it was amazing. The beach is less than a 30 second walk away, the hotel food is really good and the staff are so lovely. Everything is very clean and tidy and there are so many pool beds to the ratio of people.

Helpful staff

I visied the Valais beach bar with my gamil for food which was lovely as was the service.
Our daughter felt ill and passed out briefly.The english lady who was serving was very helpful and assisted me by getting her an ice pack and water.
Great service and food and a great help when needed.

Fabulous hotel

Just spent 10 days at Hotel Valais a truly beautiful hotel on the beach .
Exceptionally clean staff couldn’t do enough for you .Julie and Wayne who run the restaurant and bar were so welcoming they made our stay .
Great breakfast and food was delicious with a lovely selection of wine and cocktails definitely recommend the frozen strawberry daiquiris.
This is a lovely friendly hotel and so conveniently located near all the bars and restaurants.
Will definitely be going back .

Huge portions. Food served fresh and hot. Great location.

We didn’t stay at the hotel so this review is for food only.
On a trip out for the day we stopped here for brunch.
We both ordered the cheese and ham omelette with a side of chips. The omelette was delicious and huge. In hindsight, we should have ordered one and shared it.
Us and another couple had a problem with wasps (not the restaurants fault) so they did everything they could and helped us to move tables. Thankfully we managed to finish our meals before the wasps came at us again.
Total cost for two omelettes, a side of chips and 2 coffees came to €26 / £23

Nice place

Friendly helpful staff, nice hotel, nice clean rooms, housekeeper very good and regular, free wifi and good AC. Nice pool and free sunbeds at pool for guests. Good drinks and food. They keep the hotel very clean and tidy. Good access to local town and 30 second walk down to the beach. Bidets in the bathroom which is a nice addition. Nice toiletries provided: olive oil shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower cap, mending kit and body cream. Mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer, all you need! Great place to stay.
